CONSTITUTION: Base stations(602,606,608,610) transmit a rerouting require message which request data which will be transmitted to a terminal and handover performance completion to base station itself to an eNB gateway(604). If the rerouting require message is received, the eNB gateway confirms whether terminal security information list about the terminal is saved or not. The eNB gateway generates a message for responding to the change of a path including a terminal security information value which is not used among the terminal security information. The eNB gateway transmits the rerouting request response message to the eNB.

CONSTITUTION: A method for transmitting a message in a message transmission system including an IWF(inter working function)(106) identified through an R-MSISDN(Representative Mobile Subscriber Integrated Services Digital Network Number) according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: transferring a message including an R-MSISDN and an address of a receiving terminal from a transmission side to an IWF corresponding to the R-MSISDN; receiving the message extracting the address of the receiving terminal included in the message; obtaining routing information using the address of the receiving terminal extracted through the IWF; rebuilding the message using the routing information; and transferring the rebuilt message to the receiving terminal corresponding to the routing information.

CONSTITUTION: A registered UE(User Equipment)(200) is registered in a broadband wireless communication network, and a subscriber identifier is allocated to the registered UE. The registered identifier is not allocated to an unregistered ME(Mobile Equipment)(300). The non-registered terminal is registered in the broadband wireless communication network based on authentication information mapped with the subscriber identifier. An authentication/registration management server(600) performs authentication and registration so that the non-registered terminal may use the broadband wireless communication network.

PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for supporting a communication service for an unauthenticated/unregistered mobile device in a wireless communication system are provided to enable an authenticated/non-authenticated terminal to use a wireless broadband communication service like an authenticated/pre-registered terminal through a femto cell. CONSTITUTION: A femto cell(210) receives a connection request message form an UE(User Equipment), and a local MME(Mobility Management Entity) identifies the authentication/registration for the UE. A system and a method thereof for the internet protocol of two types allocated from network and assigning proper IP to the terminal using IP are provided to reduce unnecessary overhead and simplify routing. A terminal(301) transmits the access request message to a mobility management node. The mobility management node transmits the first bearer require-message to a first node(311). The second bearer require-message is transmitted with the second node(321). The first node transmits a bearer result message including simple internet protocol to the mobility management node. The bearer result message including the second node is the mobile IP is transmitted to the mobility management node. A connection result message including the mobility management node is the simple internet protocol and mobile IP are transmitted to the terminal.
