본 발명은 다중 홉 릴레이 방식을 사용하는 광대역 무선 접속 통신 시스템에서 주변 기지국 정보 중계 장치 및 방법에 관한 것으로, 기지국 주변기지국 광고메시지를 셀 영역에 포함한 중계국으로 송신하는 기지국 및, 상기 기지국으로부터 수신한 상기 기지국 주변기지국 광고메시지에서 유효하지 않은 주변기지국 정보를 삭제하여 중계국 주변기지국 광고메시지로 재구성하여 상기 중계국의 셀 영역으로 방송하는 상기 중계국을 포함하는 다중 홉 릴레이 방식을 사용하는 광대역 무선 접속 통신 시스템에서 주변 기지국 정보 중계 장치 및 방법에 관한 것이다. 릴레이 통신 시스템, 중계국, 주변기지국 광고메시지, 서빙 기지국, 다중 홉 릴레이

다중 홉 릴레이 셀룰러 네트워크에서 직접 링크와 다중 홉 릴레이 링크를 하나의 프레임 내에서 전송하기 위한 프레임 구성 방법 및 장치에 관한 것으로서, 직접링크와 중계링크를 TDM 형태로 다중화하여 종래 하향 부프레임 내에 기지국 하향 부프레임과 중계기 상향 부프레임을 위치시킴으로써, 상기 하향 부프레임 내에서 중계기의 송수신을 위한 전송 갭(RS RTG)에 대한 오버헤드와 종래 상향 부프레임 내에서 중계기 하향링크 부프레임과 기지국 상향 링크 부프레임을 위치시킴으로써, 중계기의 송수신을 위한 전송 갭(RS TTG)에 대한 오버헤드를 없앨 수 있고, 각 링크의 부하량에 따라 부프레임 길이를 적응적으로 조절하면서도 기지국 하향 부프레임과 중계기 하향 부프레임의 시작을 프리앰블로 고정시킴으로써 MS의 초기동기, 핸드오프와 cell(RS) 검색 의 어려움을 동시에 해결할 수 있다. 또한 프레임 구조뿐만 아니라, 프레임구조를 부프레임으로 세분화한 후, 부프레임 내에서 다수 송신단을 위한 버스트를 할당할 수 있는 이점이 있다. 중계기, 다중 홉, 프레임 구조, 시간 가드 영역, 셀룰러 네트워크
Abstract:
A system and method for the state synchronization between a base station and a mobile station in a BWA(Broadband Wireless Access) communication system are provided to enable an MS(Mobile Station) to match state synchronization with a BS(Base Station) as the BS, in case that the CPU is reset, sends a changed reset count value to the MS and the MS executes network re-entry procedures after comparing the present reset count value with the previous reset count value. A base station periodically transmits a downlink frame containing DLFP(Downlink Frame Prefix) information to an MS(702,704). Whenever DLFP information is received, the MS extracts a reset count value and compares the extracted present reset value with a previously stored old reset count value(706). If a CPU of the BS is reset(708), the BS increases the reset count value by 1(710). Then, the BS transmits DLFP information containing the increased reset count value to the MS(712). At this time, the MS compares the present reset count value contained in the received DLFP information with a previously stored old reset count value(714). If it is judged that the two values are different, the MS, recognizing that the CPU of the BS has been reset, executes network re-entry procedures for state synchronization with the BS(716).

PURPOSE: An interleaving device in a communication system and a method thereof are provided to perform interleaving to make reliable input bits of decoders, thereby increasing system performance. CONSTITUTION: An interleaver performs each uniform interleaving for A, B, Y1, Y2, W1 and W2 sub blocks(700). According to reliability of bits of A sub block, the interleaver performs the first permutation for bits of B sub block(702). The interleaver performs the second permutation for bits of W1 sub block based on reliability of bits of Y1 sub block(704). The interleaver groups bits for each sub block(706).

PURPOSE: In a broad band wireless communications system, by transferring the core version with sub-packet the hybrid automatic repeat request apparatus and method of the increase redundancy mode applying the constellation rearrangement technique demodulate the sub-packet which irrespective applies the core technique with the erasure of the previous sub-packet. CONSTITUTION: A transmitting end transmits a message the early stage transmission packet, including the information bit and part redundant bit in other words, a first sub-packet(110) among an original copy packet(100). The transmitting end transmits a message the second sub-packet(120). The transmitting end keeps the core version. The transmitting end transmits a message the third sub-packet(130).

PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for interleaving in a communication system are provided to implement interleaving of CTC(Convolutional Turbo Code) coded bits which is coded per sub by applying different interleaving pattern according to a size of a packet. CONSTITUTION: An interleaver decides a variable representing the randomness and a variable representing uniformity(301). The Interleaver initializes an index of the code bit and an index of the provisional output address(303). The interleaver decides an interleaving pattern according to a variable which represents uniformity(305). The interleaver generates a provisional output address(307). The interleaver confirms the validity of the provisional output address(309). The interleaver interleaves a bit to the provisional output address(311). The interleaver increases the index of the code bit and the index of the provisional output address one by one(313). The interleaver confirms the crystallization of the output address for interleaving all bits of a sub block(315).

PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for obtaining synchronization and searching a cell id in a wireless communication system are provided to design a preamble with superior performance while reducing complexity when using an OFDM 1 symbol. CONSTITUTION: Remaining binary time domain preamble sequences except a binary time domain preamble sequence for obtaining synchronization predetermined among binary time domain preamble sequences which can be generated by an IFFT(Inverse Fast Fourier Transform) operation about a binary frequency domain preamble sequence using the frequency domain preamble sequence and the binary time domain preamble sequence. The determined remaining binary time domain preamble sequences and the predetermined binary time domain preamble sequences are transmitted to a terminal(303).

PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for eliminating inter-cell interference in a multiple input multiple output wireless communication system are provided to select a PMI(Precoding Matrix Index) according to a priority set by a priority index, thereby efficiently eliminating inter-cell interference. CONSTITUTION: The channel quality about a serving base station is measured(201). If the channel quality is lower than a threshold value, interference power received from neighboring base stations is measured(203). PMIs and priority indexes about each neighboring base station are calculated(205). At least one of the PMI, PMI type indicator, the priority indexes and the channel quality is fed back to the serving base station(207).

A method and an apparatus for transmitting and receiving a signal in a communication system using an HARQ(Hybrid Automatic Repeat request) method are provided to transmit and receive a signal using various coding rates. A signal transmission apparatus includes an encoder(311), a modulator(313), and a transmitter(315). The encoder generates the codeword vector by encoding an information vector using a first parity check matrix of an LDPC(Low Density Parity Check) code. A modulator generates a codeword vector to a modulation vector using a modulation method and outputs the modulation vector to the transmitter. The transmitter processes the codeword vector and transmits the transmission vector after generating the transmission vector. A first parity check matrix includes a plurality of square matrix rows. The first parity check matrix is one among the p parity check matrixes stored in the signal transmission apparatus. The p parity check matrixes support the number of the different information vector square matrix rows respectively.
