Abstract: PURPOSE: A preparation method of titanium/iron alloy/titanium clad sheets is provided to be economical at the low temperature and to prevent the physical property of titanium from deteriorating in preparing the titanium/iron alloy clad material. CONSTITUTION: The preparation method of titanium/iron alloy/titanium clad sheets comprises the steps of: inserting aluminum or aluminum alloy sheets between iron alloy sheets and titanium sheets and laminating; bonding by hot rolling the laminated sheets under the air without an atmospheric gas at 200 to 450 deg.C; and diffusion treating the inserted aluminum of the bonded sheets at 250 to 450 deg.C. The titanium/iron alloy/titanium clad sheets comprise aluminum or aluminum alloy as an intermediate material between titanium and iron alloy.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A shank is provided to improve a vibration proof characteristic by inserting an alloy plate having a low yield strength among the existing shank materials. CONSTITUTION: A shank having an excellent vibration proof characteristic is produced by spot welding after inserting an alloy plate of one element selected among Al, Pb, Cu, and Ni, having a lower yield strength than a steel plate of the shank between more than two shank steel plates. Herein, the vibration energy is consumed as heat since the plastic deformation of Ai tension and compression are repeated at a high speed. Thereby, the effect of reducing noise over 25dB is accomplished with a simple process of inserting the alloy plate having the low yield strength in the shank.
