본 발명은 파낙스속 식물 또는 그 추출물을 아미노산, 초산 또는 그 조합의 존재하에서 마이크로웨이브 조사하여 얻어진 진세노사이드 Rb1, Rc, Rb2, Rd, Rg3, Rk1, Rg5, Rs3, Rs4 및 Rs5의 중량에 대하여 Rs3, Rs4 및 Rs5가 10%이상 함유된 파낙스속 식물 추출물, 그 추출물을 포함하는 약학 조성물 또는 건강기능식품용 조성물, 또는 진세노사이드 Rg3, Rk1 및 Rg5의 함량이 증가된 파낙스속 식물 추출물의 제조방법을 제공한다.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a novel manufacturing method of an aryl naphthalene lignan compound. For the aryl naphthalene lignan-type compound and derivative synthesis of the present invention, a naphthalene skeleton center is built at first and an aryl group can be introduced during the final stage. In this way, various derivatives, which cannot be manufactured with a conventional method, can be effectively synthesized.
