PURPOSE: An organic electroluminescent device is provided to have low voltage driving performance, high luminous efficiency, and excellent life time, by using a material with excellent driving performance, and a material with excellent life time. CONSTITUTION: An organic electroluminescent device comprises a first electrode, one or more of organic material layer comprising deuterium-substituted compound in chemical formula 1, and a second electrode which are laminated in order. The organic material layers are formed by a solution process, and are used as a light emitting layer, a hole injection layer, or a hole transport layer.
