Abstract:
A synthetic gas spraying device of a slurry reactor is provided to prevent slurry from being precipitated by orienting the jetting direction of the synthetic gas to the bottom side of the slurry reactor. A synthetic gas spraying device(100) of a slurry reactor(200) for jetting synthetic gas extracted from coal, in order to make synthetic oil by making the synthetic gas react to a catalyst contained in slurry of the slurry reactor is composed of: a disk(10) combined with a slurry reactor body; a spraying unit joined to the disk to discharge the synthetic gas; and a gas buffer(30) coming into contact with the lower part of the disk and having an inlet port(31) to receive the synthetic gas. The gas buffer is combined with the slurry reactor body. The spraying units are arranged over the whole area of the disk, in order to inject the synthetic gas over the entire sectional area of the slurry reactor body.
Abstract:
본 발명은 폐식용유중의 유리지방산 제거방법에 관한 것으로 보다 상세하게는 폐식용유에 함유된 유리지방산을 불균질계 무기 고체 산촉매(heterogeneous solid acid catalyst)를 이용하여 폐식용유중의 유리지방산을 제거하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 바이오디젤유의 제조의 원료로 사용할 수 있도록 폐식용유중에 함유된 유리지방산을 불균질계 무기 고체 산촉매를 이용하여 제거할 수 있는 폐식용유중의 유리지방산 제거방법 제공을 목적으로 한다. 본 발명의 폐식용유중의 유리지방산 제거방법은 폐식용중의 유리지방산 제거에 있어서, 불균질계 무기 고체 산촉매하에서 알콜과 유리지방산을 함유한 폐식용유를 반응시키는 단계를 포함한다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: Provided are a method for preparing a bio-diesel oil by using a heterogeneous catalyst and a bio-diesel oil prepared thereby. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises a step of esterifying an oil and fat and an alcohol in the presence of a heterogeneous catalyst, wherein the oil and fat is selected from the group consisting of soybean oil, corn oil, canola oil, linseed oil, poppy oil, walnut oil, peanut oil, cottonseed oil, bran oil, camellia oil, castor oil, beef tallow, lard, sheep fat, fish oil and whale oil, the heterogeneous catalyst is Na/NaOH/γ-Al2O3 or CsxO/γ-Al2O3 (x is 0.1-2) and the alcohol is selected from the group consisting of methanol, ethanol, propanol, butanol and combinations thereof.
