Abstract: The present invention relates to a drying device using swirling air current which dries an object to be dried with hot air in a complex drying cylinder, continuously separates the object to be dried and exhaust hot air in a cyclone, and returns the exhaust hot air discharged from the cyclone to a hot air supply unit, such that energy efficiency can be greatly increased. A single complex drying cylinder of the dryer device is divided into a vertical air current dryer and a swirling air current dryer, wherein the vertical air current dryer mixes objects to be dried, prevents cohesion of fine particles, lowers water content, and supplies the objects to be dried to the swirling air current dryer, and wherein the swirling air current dryer has swirling blades to induce vertical air current to swirl in order to increase duration of retention for the objects to be dried until water content of the objects to be dried is reached to the target water content, thereby improving drying quality and obtaining efficiency in continuous drying of large amount of particles.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a microalgae filtration device allowing acquiring a slurry state of microalgae by removing water in microalgae suspension, and to achieve this, is adapted to fully-automatically perform a series of processes of removing water contained in the microalgae suspension through a plurality of vertically installed filtration units; collecting a slurry state of the microalgae by inverting a filtration membrane of the filtration unit and dropping it to a sink of a discharge unit; vertically swinging the a slurry state of the dropped microalgae to the sink again in a state where interference of the filtration unit is removed by horizontally swinging the sink, thereby acquiring a slurry state of microalgae in a separate container.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a fluidized bed gasifier with a waste heat recovery system, comprising a fluidized bed gasifier (100) for generating pyrolysis gas by pyrolyzing a solid fuel and generating synthesis gas, of which main components are H2 and CO, by making the pyrolysis gas react with moisture; a heat exchanger (200) for recovering heat from the high-temperature synthesis gas discharge from the fluidized bed gasifier (100) and using the energy source of hot wind and steam being supplied to the fluidized bed gasifier (100); and a cyclone for receiving low-temperature synthesis gas being recovered and discharged through the heat exchanger (200), discharging ash included in the synthesis gas downward, and discharging only purified synthesis gas through a discharge pipe (310) in the middle. Organic wastes(S) flow into the drying house. Heat medium oil(H) is stored in an internal bottom of the drying housing.
