    Abstract: PURPOSE: An oil pump of double-layer structure is provided to reduce a high-frequency noise produced during traveling according to fluctuations of oil pressure while oil input to the oil input side of the oil pump passes through a pressure generation part. CONSTITUTION: An outer rotor(40) and an inner rotor(30), to pump oil stored in an oil pan, are assembled to a pump chamber of a front case of an engine. In an oil pump(20) of double-layer structure, engaging gear teeth of the inner rotor and the outer rotor are doubly formed to the front and rear of the width center parts of the inner rotor and the outer rotor. The front gear teeth and the rear gear teeth are formed with spacing of a predetermined angle.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A suspension for a rear wheel is provided to compensate rotational moment applied to a wheel by deforming a mounting angle of a stabilizer bar and to prevent vibration of the wheel. CONSTITUTION: A spring(11) and a shock absorber(12) are mounted on a rear portion of a wheel center(C). A stabilizer bar(S) is mounted on a front portion of the wheel center with a specific angle. The stabilizer bar connects suspensions installed on left and right sides of a vehicle by having a metal bar type. The stabilizer bar reduces vibration of the vehicle. Moment(M2) is generated by repulsive force(F2) of the spring to rotate the wheel while generating torsion force in the stabilizer bar. Moment(M3) is generated by bending the stabilizer bar. The moment of the stabilizer bar is applied toward reverse direction of the moment of the spring by fixing the stabilizer bar on the front portion of the wheel center. Thereby, a suspension for a rear wheel compensates rotational moment applied to the wheel by deforming a mounting angle of the stabilizer bar to prevent vibration of the wheel.

CONSTITUTION: A buffer spring(S) and a shock absorber(A) are installed in a torsion beam axle(10), and the torsion beam axle is connected to both wheels(W). A couple of trailing arms(11') are installed integrally in the torsion beam axle, and trailing arms are composed of body assembling ends(11a,11a') and sub buffering ends(11b,11b'). Body assembling ends are installed in the vehicle body, and a bush(12) is installed in the body assembling end. A sub bush(13) is formed vertically in the sub buffering end, and the sub buffering end is spaced from the body assembling end. The sub bush consists of an elastic mass, an inner member inserted to the mass, and an outer ring surrounding the mass. Buffering and driving experience are improved with increasing lateral rigidity and driving wheels individually.

CONSTITUTION: An intake noise measuring jig contains a cylinder head(10), a valve driver(20), a vacuum generator(30) and a microphone(40). The cylinder head makes an intake system(1) driven like an actual system in an engine. The intake system consists of an intake manifold(2) connected to an intake port(11); a surge tank(3); a throttle body(4); an air cleaner(6) connected to the throttle body through a suction hose(5); an intake duct(7); and a resonator(8). The valve driver opens or closes a suction valve(13) with a driving motor(21) rotating a camshaft(15). The vacuum generator generates suction force to the intake system through the cylinder head with a vacuum chamber(31) and a vacuum pump(35). The vacuum pump contains an encoder to be accurately timed with the driving motor. The microphone measures the intake noise from the intake system , in the end of the intake duct.
