    Abstract: PURPOSE: A reinforcing device of a door in a vehicle is provided to prevent the transformation of a nut and to reduce the cost and the weight by preventing the drooping of the door with a pipe nut and a ring shaped reinforcing material. CONSTITUTION: A panel(6) of a loading portion comprises an outer panel(6a) and an inner panel(6b) with holes to be inserted bolts. A recess portion is formed in the inner panel. A ring shaped reinforcing material(8) with a hole is loaded in the recessed portion. A pipe nut with a thread is inserted through the holes of the inner panel and the reinforcing material. A bolt(7) is inserted through the hole of the outer panel from the upper part of the outer panel. Thereby, the drooping of the door and the transformation of the pipe nut are prevented. Therefore, the cost and the weight is reduced and the panel of the loading portion is reinforced.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A side panel of a vehicle for reinforcing mounting of a door hinge is provided to prevent drooping of the door hinge by assembling the door hinge in inserting a small reinforcing plate to a groove of a mounting part, and to cut down expenses by reducing the weight. CONSTITUTION: A door hinge is mounted in a side outer panel, and a settling groove(102) is formed in the left part of the side outer panel. A reinforcing plate(104) is inserted to the settling groove, and an inclined surface is formed in the outer periphery of the settling groove to reinforce mounting of the door hinge. A reinforcing panel is eliminated from the side outer panel with keeping the thickness of the side outer panel. Drooping of the door is prevented by reinforcing the mounting portion of the door hinge with assembling the door hinge in inserting the reinforcing plate to the groove. Expenses are reduced, and the weight of the vehicle is reduced.

CONSTITUTION: A fixing apparatus of preventing breakage for a door glass(30) has a fixing grip(10). The fixing grip has a fitting hole(11). A fixing hole(31) is formed to a lower portion of the glass. Therein, the fixing grip covers the fixing hole. One wall of the fitting hole is slant to receive the glass smoothly. A through hole is formed in the middle of the wall. The other wall of the fitting hole has a nut(21). A fixing bolt(20) penetrates the fixing hole. A gap maintaining member(40) is inserted between the fixing bolt and the fixing hole. A buffer member(50) is inserted to the gap maintaining member. Therein, vibration and shock for the glass is buffed. Consequently, breakage of the glass is prevented by the fixing bolt.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A combination structure of a rear door side weather strip is provided to improve a shock absorbing force upon closing a door, to reduce wind noise and to enhance air-tightness by improving the combination stiffness of the rear door side weather strip. CONSTITUTION: An upper part of a rear door side weather strip(25) is fixed to a rear door channel frame by a fixing pin. A reinforcing portion(25a) is integrally formed on a lower end part of the rear door side weather strip. The reinforcing portion sequentially penetrates through a rear door inner panel(26) and a rear door outer panel(21) and covers a screw(32) for connecting a rear door outer belt weather strip(23). The reinforcing portion is inserted in a screw washer(33) and firmly fixed by the combination of a mounting clip(35) and the screw washer. Thereby, the lower end portion of the rear door side weather strip is prevented from being separated from a combined portion between the rear door outer and inner panels upon opening and closing the rear door. Further, wind noise is minimized and NVH(noise vibration harshness) performance is improved.
