    Abstract: The valve driving device having variable timing construction in an internal combustion engine wherein a lever(4), which is varied from a predetermined position on the one side thereof by means of a cam on the top side of a rocker arm(8) for opening/closing an air inlet or outlet valve, applies a predetermined load thus to vary an opening/closing timing of the air inlet or outlet valve in accordance with an operation state of the engine, including: the lever(4) arranged on the upper side of the rocker arm(8) and for forming a fork(4c) which is insertively connected with an eccentric cam(16a) in the inner side thereof; and a ring(22) shakably connected on the one side end of the rocker arm(8) and having an inner peripheral surface contacted and engaged with the outer peripheral surface of a valve cam(20), whereby it can reduce the noise generated upon the operation of the lever(4) and the rocker arm(8).
