Abstract: PURPOSE: A guide structure to install a crush pad module for a vehicle is provided to prevent rattle noise with a simple and firm structure and to reduce working time and cost by reducing a guide apparatus as a grommet. CONSTITUTION: A guide grommet comprises a combining member, a wing portion and an inclined plate portion(14). The combining member has a protrusion portion extended to a rear portion of a vehicle through a groove of a panel(40) of a vehicle body. Therein, the combining member is fixed to a rear surface of the panel of the vehicle body. The wing portion has a combining hole to be combined to the protrusion portion. The wing portion comprises an outer peripheral portion and a support portion. The outer peripheral portion is pressurized by contacting a vertical surface of the panel of the vehicle body when the protrusion portion is clamped with the combining hole. The support portion is extended to a rear portion of the outer peripheral portion. The inclined plate portion is extended upward in a rear end of the wing portion inclining at a specific angle to a central axle of the combining hole. A through groove is formed to the inclined plate portion to be connected to a crush pad(30). Thereby, working time and cost are reduced by reducing a guide apparatus to the grommet. Rattle noise is prevented by combining the wing portion to the panel of the vehicle body and a welding bolt(20).
