    Abstract: The present invention relates to a Pb-free solder composition for glass and more specifically, to a Pb-free solder composition for glass using eco-friendly materials excluding heavy metals including lead (Pb) while preventing cracks on glass under driving conditions of vehicles. Therefore, the present invention provides the Pb-free solder composition for glass made of a material of three element groups of tin (Sn), indium (In), and zinc (Zn) which does not physically and chemically affect a glass material functioning as a substrate. Especially, the present invention provides the Pb-free solder composition for glass which comprises 30.0-60.0 wt% of indium (In), 0.01-11.0 wt% of zinc (Zn), and the rest of tin (Sn) and which is a composition which is made of a material of three element groups of tin (Sn), indium (In), and zinc (Zn).

A contacting device(150) is installed under the placing plate to keep vertical airtightness of the head lining and composed of a lift member(151) comprising only support units to open the upside; a hydraulic cylinder(152) integrated under the lift member to move up and down the lift member; a packing(153) arranged around the upside of the lift member; and a constricting plate(154) projected and disposed along the inside of the body to constrict the head lining. Temperature sensing units(161,162) detect upper and lower temperatures of the head lining. A control unit(170) controls thermal temperature of the heating member.

Preferably the ethylene ethyl acrylate copolymer contains 17-25 wt% of ethyl acrylate and has a melting index of 5-25 dg/min and a hardness of 81-85; the ethylene methyl acrylate copolymer contains 18 wt% of methyl acrylate and has a melting point of 87 deg.C; the low density polyethylene has a melting index of 0.3 g/10 min and a density of 0.92 g/cc; and the linear low density polyethylene has a melting index of 0.7 g/10 min and a density of 0.928 g/cc.

The substrate layer and the sound absorbing layer are composed of needling fiber without weaving, and the needling fiber is composed of a compound of polypropylene fiber and polyethylene terephthalate fiber. Resin films(24a,24b) are bonded between the substrate layer and the sound absorbing layer and in the outside of the sound absorbing layer, and formed by mixing polypropylene and polyethylene resin. The mixture ratio of polypropylene fiber and polyethylene terephthalate fiber is 1 : 1.7¯2.2.
