    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a sharp image high in density and low in fog by adding a specified amt. of specified magnetic material. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic material contained in an amt. of 0.001-2wt% in a toner has an average particle diameter of =1,000Oe. To obtain ultrafine magnetic particles suitable for this invention, an aq. soln. of metal methoxide and metal acetonate is used as a starting material and hydrolyzed in 10-11 in pH, and the obtained ppt. is calcined at about 800 deg.C. Embodiments of the ultrafine magnetic particles obtained by this method are barium hexaferrite and strontium hexaferrite. having 5,000-7,000Oe. A colorant is added when the toner is used as a magnetic color toner and the colorant is necessary.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To divide a device by making the transcription material carrying path a boundary, and easily take out a transcription material stuffing the device, by constituting an image carrier body and a peeling-off belt, or a transcription means and a peeling-off roller in one body, respectively, and rocking them relatively. CONSTITUTION:A lower carrier roller 3b, a lower guide 4b, a transcription part 2 and a peeling-off roller 8 are installed to the unit plate U, and the unit plate U can be rocked in the direction of lC as indicated with an arrow, centering around the shaft 10. And, for instance, in case when the transcription part 2 has been stuffed with a transcription material P which is being carried, the peeling-off device is divided and released, making the transcription material carrying path a boundary, by rocking the unit plate U in the direction separating from the circumferential surface of the sensitive drum 1 (in the direction as indicated with an arrow (b)). Therefore, the space between the upper and lower peeling-off carrier rollers 3a, 3b, between the upper and lower guides 4a, 4b, and also between the transcription part 2 and the peeling-off roller 8, and the peeling-off belt 5 is widely opened, and the stuffed transcription material P is removed easily.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve the position precision of a device without exerting an influence on intervals between charging lines and a photoreceptor, by arranging chargers so that they can separate from the photoreceptor nearly in the normal direction of the photoreceptor individually or simultaneously in plurals. CONSTITUTION:Chargers 14 are so arranged that they can separate from photoreceptor drum 11 nearly in the normal direction of the drum independently or simultaneously with some chargers. For this purpose, those chargers 14 are equipped between side plates 24, which are equipped to frame 17 rotatably on pivol 25. Nearly to pivot 25, spring 26 is arranged and this spring presses side plates 24 toward photoreceptor drum 11; when side plates 24 are separated from photoreceptor drum 11 and moved to the position of recording 24', side plates 24 are held at this position. In this constitution, the intervals between charging lines and photoreceptor are not influenced by the precision of rails, shelding plate, etc., and the position precision is improved.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To enable a suitable amount of an offset-preventing agent to be coated readily by the simple constutition of giving the resistance for the driven revolution of a roller for conveying the offset-preventing agent independently from the resistance by the other member for conveying the offset-preventing agent. CONSTITUTION:When there is no silicone oil on the peripheral surface of a roller 1, the friction force between the heating roller 1 and coating roller 6 causes the roller 6 to be driven by the revolution of the roller 1 and revolve against the friction resistance by a felt 9 and brake blocks 13, 14. As a result of this, silicone oil is coated from the felt 9 to the roller 1 by way of the roller 6. When the amount of oil becomes close to the required value, the driven rotating force of the roller 6 becomes weak against the resistance by the felt 9 and brake blocks 13, 14 and this results in that the roller 6 slowly revolves while slipping on the peripgeral surface of the roller 1 and further when the amount of oil reaches the required value, the roller 6 stops being driven and revolved.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To make mounting and dismounting easier by specifying the constitution of a screen drum and a drive unit. CONSTITUTION:An inner flange 41 having an opening 44, a bearing 42 and an outer flange 43 having an opening 46 are provided on the right end of the screen drum 6 disposed on the outer side of a drum-form heat plate 15. The drive unit of the screen drum 6 is constituted by a fixing part 30 securing a positioning pin 29 and fixed to a center shaft 5 by a pin 31, a bearing 26 and a gear 27 secured with a drive pin 28. If with this arrangement the screen drum 6 is inserted from the left end side to the center shaft 5, the positioning pin 29 and drive pin 28 fits into the openings 44, 46 and the screen drum 6 is positioned, and is drive-connected to the gear 34. If the drum cap 19 is removed and the screen drum 6 is slided left by joining the shaft of the same diameter to the left end of the center shaft 5, the screen drum 6 is removed from the center shaft 5.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent mis-insertion of charger or the like, by providing an opening capable of detaching or attaching the charger or the like to a rotary photoreceptor and mis-insertion preventive lid, in an image forming device having a processing station such as charger disposed within the rotary photoreceptor. CONSTITUTION:An opening part 5 is formed in the near side flange 4 of a screen drum 1. This opening part 5 is intended to detach or attach the processing station of a charger 3, and the charger 3 is inserted by being quided by a quide 6 through this opening part 5. the opening part 5 is always controlled to be stopped in the vicinity of the insert inlet of the charger 3. Next, when the charger 3 is pushed to the far side of the opening part 5, a mis-insertion preventive lid 11 is fit into said opening part 5 by fingertip. At this time, the mis-insertion preventive lid 11 is directed to the inside of screen drum and is elastically deformed, so that the charger 3 is pushed in to the specified position correctly. Thus, mis-insertion of the charger or the like may be prevented.
