Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a magnetic bubble detector in which a power and a dummy are not necessary and an output impedance and a noise are small by combining a soft magnetic thin film pattern and a loop-shaped conductor pattern arranged so as to cross to this and constituting the device so that the magnetic field of the bubble to pass through the soft magnetic thin film pattern can cross the conductor pattern. CONSTITUTION:On a crystal 10 for a magnetic bubble, a loop-shaped conductor pattern 12 is formed through a spacer 11, and on it, a stretcher 15 to line up plural soft magnetic thin film patterns 14 through an insulating layer 13 so as to cross to a conductor pattern 12 is formed. By the magnetic field change when a bubble, in which the loop-shaped conductor pattern 12 is stretched by the stretcher 15, passes, the voltage output occurs at the conductor pattern 12 and the bubble can be detected. The conductor pattern 12 is close to the surface of the bubble crystal 10, can efficiently pick up the magnetic field to come out from the bubble and the output impedance of the detector is also reduced.

In such a way, the moving of the bubble comes to be smooth, the snaking of the stripe magnetic domain comes to be small, further, and since a stable point is changed closer to the outlet, a stripe head part is also smoothly transferred toward the next step. Thus, the deterioration of a high driving low bias side can be relaxed.

Abstract: PURPOSE: To obtain a magnetic bubble transfer path having small variance of transfer margin to the process fluctuation, by using Two patterns containing a bar pattern piece and a pattern piece having larger width than said bar pattern piece respectively and connecting both patterns to each other in the same way as a linear part.
CONSTITUTION: Corner patterns 12 and 13 contain bar pattern pieces A and B and pattern pieces E and F having larger width than the pieces A and B and connect the 1st and 2nd transfer paths 10 and 11 together to change the bubble transfer direction counterclockwise by 180°. The edge parts of pieces A and B approximate to each other at an angle θ of about 90°. While the edge part of a piece C of the last pattern 14 of the path 10 approximates to the edge part of the piece A of the pattern 12 at an angle θ' of about 90°. The piece B of the pattern 13 gets close (angle β') to a piece D of the first pattern 15 on the path 11 in the same way of connection (angle β) as that applied to the connection between patterns forming the path 11.
