SOLUTION: This engine speed control apparatus is equipped with a controlling means 100 for controlling an electric motor M for changing and controlling a speed control operation tool 15 of an engine E based on detection data of potentiometer 19 for detecting a control position and high load state discriminating means 101 for discriminating whether or not a speed control operating tool 15 is kept in high load state in which control position of the speed control operating tool 15 is changed to higher output position on high output side than setting position for working previously set, and when the control means 100 discriminates that the speed control operating tool 15 is kept in high load state, the control means controls operation of the electric motor M so that control position of the speed control operating tool 15 is changed from setting position for operation to high output position.

CONSTITUTION:This combine harvester is equipped with a separation control unit 100 capable of controlling and changing the opening degree of a shaking grading plate for leakage based on layer thickness information detected by a layer thickness detector (S1) for detecting the layer thickness of materials put on the shaking grading plate for leakage treatment so that the layer thickness may be the aimed value and also controlling and changing a blower for sending grading air corresponding to the opening degree of the shaking grading plate for leakage so that the amount of blowing air may be the preset aimed value. In the case the layer thickness information is a value beyond the prescribed range, this separation control unit 100 can control and change the opening degree of the shaking grading plate based on information sent from a grain culm feed detector (S5) for detecting the amount of grain culms fed to the thresher in the place of the layer thickness detector (S1).

CONSTITUTION:The control of the vehicle speed is executed by a control means H on the basis of the information of a maximum vehicle speed-memorizing means 100 for memorizing the maximum value of the vehicle speed detected by a vehicle speed-detecting means S6 in such the state that the detected vehicle speed does not exceed a set upper limit vehicle speed. When the quantity of the grading and treating materials exceeds the upper limit of the treating capacity of a grading device, the set upper limit vehicle speed is corrected to a set low vehicle speed value. The control means H executes the grading control for controlling the treating capacity-changing means M1, M2 so as to enlarge the treating capacity of the grading device as the quantity of the grading and treating materials leaked from a threshing chamber and detected by a treating grain quantity-detecting means S5 is increased, and the vehicle speed control for operating a speed change device 12 for changing the vehicle speed so as to keep the engine load detected by a load detection means S7 within a target load range.
