    Abstract: PURPOSE:To reduce condensation and freezing of a rotor by mounting a cold air inlet part of a housing of a cold air flow rate control device so as to be located downward of a cold air outlet part. CONSTITUTION:A cold air inlet part 14 and one or two cold air outlet parts 15a, 15b are provided at a cold air flow inlet 5 in the same housing 10. Further, a rotor 19 for opening and closing the cold air inlet part 14 and the cold air outlet parts 15a, 15b is rotatably provided in the housing 10. Thereupon, the cold air inlet part 14 is mounted downwardly of the cold air outlet parts 15a, 15b. As a result, cold air from the cold air inlet part 14 once goes downward to the cold air inlet part 14 and rises passing through the inside of the housing 10, and is further discharged from outlet parts 15a, 15b. Thus, hot air in the refrigerator when the inlet part 14 is closed fills the upper part of the housing 10 without directly making contact with the cold air, preventing condensation and freezing from being produced.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To ensure highly accurate control by detecting the degree of opening of an opening/closing device by providing position detection means for driving the opening/closing plate through a rotatable member and outputting a resistance corresponding to a rotational angle. CONSTITUTION:An output cam 60b having a cylinder part 60a and an outer circumferential cam part 59 changeable in its outer circumference are pressed into an output shaft 58. As the output cam 60b is rotated, contact positions between a brush A60g and a resistor zone A60C and between a brush B69h and a resistor zone B 60e are changed, so that the resistance of a circuit composed of the brush A60g-resistor zone A60C-resistor zone C60f-resistor zone 60e-brush B60h is changed. An external control circuit detects the resistance between the brush A60g and the brush B60h is changed. An external control circuit detects the resistance between the brush 60g and the brush B60h and supplies power to a motor 56 for rotation of the output cam 60b such that a detected resistance is a resistance between the brush A60g and the brush B60h corresponding to the degree of opening of an opening/closing plate 53 preset in response to a temperature difference between it and a set value.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To reliably open and close flaps without detecting the opening and closing of the flaps with the aid of an electrical means by opening and closing housing openings provided between a cold air inlet part and its outlet part by means of the vanes of a rotor and driving an output shaft and the rotor in a transmittable manner by means of the magnetic force of a magnet. CONSTITUTION:A drive signal is sent to a motor 30, and rotation is transmitted to an output shaft 34 via a reduction gear 32. In this case, since a magnet 36 fitted into the output shaft 34 under pressure and magnetized quadrupolarly in a circumferential direction is driven by a magnetic member 38 fitted into the protrusion 37e of a rotor 37 under pressure and by the magnetic force of the magnet 36, the rotor 37 rotates in the direction in which openings 25a, 25b are closed. In this case, the vanes 37b, 37c of the rotor 37 abut against the openings 25a, 25b, the rotor 37 does not rotate; however, the motor 30, the output shaft 34 and the magnet 36 rotate in the direction of cutting magnetic flux with the magnetic member 38. As a result, since the output time of the drive signal is set somewhat longer than the time required for opening and closing the openings by the vanes of the rotor, the rotor is reliably retained at the opening and closing positions, and the output shaft is allowed to make idle running and causes no damages to the gear and the motor.

CONSTITUTION:A drive signal is sent to a motor 30, and rotation is transmitted to a final output shaft 34 via a reduction gear 32. In this case, since the protruding parts 36a of a semicircular leaf springs 36 provided on the final output shaft 34 are contacted with the protrusions 37f of the inside of a recess 37e in the interior of a rotor cylinder part 37a, a rotor 37 rotates in the direction in which openings 25a, 25b are closed. In this case, when the vanes 37b, 37c of the rotor 37 abut against the openings 25a, 25b, the rotor 37 does not rotate; however, since the semicircular leaf springs 36 are elastically deformed to pass over the protrusions 37f and release the contact therewith, the rotor continues to rotate without applying immoderate force to the motor. In this case, the rotor is allowed to make idle running and causes not damages to the gear and the motor because the output time of the drive signal is set somewhat longer than the time required for opening and closing the openings by the vanes.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To enable reliable opening and closing of an opening part without detecting opening and closing of a flap by means of an electric means by a method wherein the opening part of a housing mounted between cold air inlet and outlet parts is opened and closed by the blades of a rotor, and transmission between a drive output shaft and the rotor is effected by means of the press pressure of a compression spring. CONSTITUTION:A drive signal is inputted to a motor 30 and rotation is transmission to a final output shaft 34 through a reduction gear 32. In this case, rotation of the output shaft 34 is transmitted to a rotor 37 through a rivet 35 through the force of a compression spring 36 and through a cylindrical protrusion part 28 of a housing 20 and a hole part 37e, formed in the central part of the rotor 37, through the press pressure of the compression spring 36, and thereby the rotor 37 is rotated in a direction in such a way that opening parts 25a and 25b are closed. In this case, when blade parts 37b and 37c of the rotor 37 make contact with the opening 25a and 25b, the rotor 37 is not rotated but the motor 30, the output shaft 34, and the compression spring 36 are rotated as they are slipped over a contact surface therebetween. In this case, since, in opening and closing of an opening part 25 by means of the blade parts of the rotor 37, an output time of a drive signal is set to a value slightly longer than a time required for opening and closing of the opening part, the rotor 37 is reliably held in an opening and a closing position and is raced, resulting in prevention of the damage of a gear and the motor.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: To provide a temp. controller for refrigerator which can be easily incorporated by providing an extension for a lever and bellows which is in contact with the extension at one end and has small holes at the bottom. CONSTITUTION: An extension 104' is provided at the other end of a lever 104, a bellows 114 is provided with one end contacted to the extension 104' and has small holes 113 at the bottom. Thus it is possible to reduce the suction force of a plunger 108 at a suction mode and the impact force and noise and hence eliminate the need of components such as cylinders 10, 11, pins 10a, 11a, holder 5 of an air buffer, thereby reducing the no. of components and eliminating the need for the clearance control of the cylinders 10, 11.
