Abstract: PURPOSE:To enable an electromagnetic shielding chamber to be enhanced in shielding capacity by a method wherein a high frequency current is prevented from leaking from an electromagnetic shielding panel mounting bracket, an electromagnetic shielding panel, and a contact part between the door and the wall of an electromagnetic shielding chamber. CONSTITUTION:An electromagnetic shielding chamber is composed of electromagnetic shielding panels 2 formed of a core material 4 and a metal plate 3 and plate-like coupling pieces 5 which joining the electromagnetic shielding panels 2 together. At the joint of the electromagnetic shielding panels 2, magnetic substances 1 are buried in a row or rows in a part of the metal plate 3 in contact with the coupling piece 5 in parallel with the end of the shielding panel 2 to constitute a magnetic substance row 1. The part where the magnetic substance row 1 is buried is enhanced in equivalent impedance at its surface, so that a high frequency current is prevented from leaking from the contact part.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To easily retrieve a constellation regardless of age by specifying the constellation from the touch panel or the voice input part of a handy personal computer by touch input or a voice and comparing it with the information on the constellation with which a telescope is made to point to the constellation. CONSTITUTION:A floppy disk (FDD) where a program is inputted and a hard disk (HDD) where a data base relating to the characteristic of the constellation is stored are incorporated in the handy type personal computer 5. Then, the data base of the constellation stored in the HDD and a received input are compared. Based on the comparison, the name thereof is displayed on the touch panel screen 6a of the touch panel 6 and the content thereof is outputted by the voice from the voice output part 8 besides. When the received input does not coincide with the data base of the constellation, data for driving the motor of an equatorial 2 is transmitted to an equatorial controller 10 by a first weak electric wave 4 through a tranceiver 9. Thus, the equatorial 2 is moved to a position where the constellation exists and the constellation is retrieved.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To reduce the capacity of a storage means required for the depth- priority route search by storing a hierarchical element identification name only when the circuit connection data having a hierarchical structure passes through each element without performing the hierarchical evolution to the circuit connection data and checking the presence or absence of same names. CONSTITUTION:A hierarchical circuit structure storage means 1 is provided together with a searched element identification name storage means 2, and a depth-priority searching means 3. The means 1 expresses the connecting relation between the terminals of a circuit element and then holds only the reference relation with no evolition if the element has a hierarchical structure. The means 2 stores the hierarchical identification name of the element as a passed mark at pass through the least element. Then the means 3 checks whether the same identification names are already stored in each element or not. In such a constitution, an extremely large storage area is not required.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To form a radio wave absorber in which its height and weight are reduced by composing it of polymer fiber nonwoven fabric coating a conductor. CONSTITUTION:A laminated structure 1 in which nonwoven fabrics dispersed with polymer fiber 2 coated with metal are laminated is formed on a metal surface 3. The nonwoven fabrics for forming the layers are formed, for example, by dispersing nickel-coated polyacrylic nitrile fiber 2 in binder-fiber 4 made of polyethylene and polypyrene, being extremely light. As the content ratio of the fiber 1 dispersed in the fabric is increased, the equivalent dielectric constant epsilone of the whole fabric is increased in both real section epsilone' and imaginary section epsilone'', and its magnetic permeability is increased. Since the structure 1 of such multilayer has a small variation in the equivalent dielectric constant of adjacent layers when an electromagnetic wave incident to the surface 5 of the structure is propagated in the structure 1, the reflection of the wave in the boundary of the layers is suppressed, and the electromagnetic energy is gradually intaken to the layers having larger losses. Therefore, preferable electromagnetic wave absorbing characteristic is obtained in a wide band.

CONSTITUTION:When the processing start of a task B is requested while a task A having high priority is run by a CPU 1 by referring to a task-A control information storage part 6, the mean processing time of the task B in a storage part 9 for expected processing time calculation and an idle task control information storage part 8, etc., are referred to. Then, the remaining time up to the end time of the processing by an external system time 2, actual time storage part 3, etc., is compared with the mean processing time of the task B and when the processing time is smaller, the start time and end time are determined so that the task B is finished by the end time and then written in a task-B control information storage part 7. The priority of the task B in a priority allocation storage part 4 is made highest at the start time and the task B is started. Consequently, the variation at the start and end of the task is reduced and the influence of data absence, etc., due to start or end time delay is made small.
