Abstract:
PURPOSE:To efficiently produce a color filter with a transparent electrode of high precision by forming a black mask on joints of colors of a color filter layer. CONSTITUTION:A color filter layer 2 is formed on one surface of a transparent substrate 1, and a black mask is formed on joints of colors of the color filter layer 2. An overcoat layer 4 and a transparent conductive film 5 which cover the color filter layer 2 and the black mask 3 are formed, and a negative photoresist layer 6 is formed on them. The photoresist layer 6 is exposed to parallel rays of light from the other surface of the transparent substrate 1 and is developed, and an unexposed part of the photoresist layer 6 is removed. The etching processing is performed, and the transparent conductive film 5 is patterned into a transparent electrode 7, and the photoresist layer 6 is removed. Thus, alignment of the color filter pattern and the black mask pattern is unnecessary, and the productivity and the yield are improved.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dry film resist roll with a seal in which an edge fusion depression effect of a resist is improved.SOLUTION: A dry film resist roll with a seal includes: a dry film resist roll in which a dry film resist in which at least a photosensitive layer is formed on one surface of a light transmissive support film is taken up to a roll state; and an edge face treatment seal having an adhesive property that is adhered to an edge face of the dry film resist roll.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a touch input sheet with a narrow frame, which is suitable for a capacitive touch sensor having a narrow frame and a two-layered transparent conductive film pattern and is superior in an anti-rust property.SOLUTION: A conductive sheet formed by laminating a transparent conductive film 3, a light shielding conductive film 1, and a first resist layer in order on each of both surfaces of a transparent base sheet is used, and the first resist layers on both surfaces are simultaneously exposed and developed, and then, the transparent conductive films and the light-shielding conductive films are etched simultaneously. After the first resist layers are peeled, second resist layers which have a rust inhibitor added thereto and are patterned are laminated on the exposed light shielding conductive films, and the light shielding conductive films in only a center window portion and a terminal portion are etched to expose the transparent conductive films, and the second resist layers are left as anti-rust layers without being peeled.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacitance touch sensor capable of reducing rainbow pattern perceived when a viewer watches a display screen through polarization glasses.SOLUTION: The capacitance touch sensor comprises: a capacitance touch sensor main body 8 constituted of a lamination of biaxially stretched PET films 1 and 2 and electrode patterns 4 and 5 of a transparent conductive film formed on the both surfaces and cover panel 7 adhered therewith at the back side thereof; FPCs 9 and 10 connected to the capacitance touch sensor main body 8 at a peripheral area thereof; a 1/4 λ film 11 disposed at the back of the capacitance touch sensor main body 8; and a liquid crystal display device main body 17 disposed at the back of the 1/4 λ film 11.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an FPC connection method for a protection panel with a touch input function at a low cost and with a high degree of freedom in component packaging or material selection.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a method for electrically connecting an FPC with a lower circuit and an upper circuit via a through-hole provided in a lower electrode panel for a protection panel with a touch input function. In the FPC, a circuit is provided on one side of a film substrate, and a charging hole passing through both the film substrate and the circuit is opened at a connecting-side terminal portion. In the connecting-side terminal portion of the FPC, an insulated adhesive layer is provided while leaving the surroundings of the charging hole, the FPC is adhered to a lower surface of the lower electrode panel by the insulated adhesive layer, the FPC is then electrically connected with the lower circuit and the upper circuit by charging the inside of a cavity facing the charging hole with a conductive adhesive, and after the conductive adhesive is cured while being exposed to the charging hole, the charging hole is finally sealed by a sealing material.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double-sided transparent conductive film sheet excellent in a rust-prevention property and a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: An inventive double-sided transparent conductive film sheet excellent in a rust-prevention property is constituted in such a manner that on both surfaces of a base sheet an electrode pattern of a transparent conductive film is formed in a central window part and a thin wire distribution circuit pattern for the electrode pattern is formed in an outer frame edge part, the electrode patterns of the both surfaces are different and also the thin wire distribution circuit patterns of the both surfaces are different. On one or both of the surfaces of the double-sided transparent conductive film sheet, a translucent rust-preventive coating film layer is applied to and formed on at least the thin wire distribution circuit pattern except on terminal parts.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protection panel having a switch section on a surface-side substrate which does not become concave with time to prevent deterioration of appearance, while ensuring durability of a contact point, and to provide an electronic device.SOLUTION: The protection panel includes a pressure-sensitive conductive member 25 that is in contact with an upper electrode 6G for peripheral switch and a lower electrode 5G for peripheral switch and located in a through-hole 10 of a substrate adhesive layer 17. A force acting on a peripheral switch 12 is transmitted to the pressure-sensitive member through upper and lower electrode substrates, to supply current for electrically connecting the upper and lower electrodes.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent conductive film which does not produce gas bubbles upon laminating, or has superior suitability for laminating, and to provide a touch panel using the same. SOLUTION: The transparent conductive film includes a film substrate, a transparent electrode pattern having a transparent conductive film formed on one side of the film substrate, and a thick film circuit pattern made of a material of lower resistance than the transparent conducting film, routed over the periphery of the film substrate on which the transparent electrode pattern is formed, and connected to an end portion of the transparent electrode pattern.
