Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent the data breakdown of a tape due to the discharge of static electricity charged by executing antistatic treatment to a contact surface with a roller of a belt. CONSTITUTION:A flat ring 22 is punched through press working from a sheet- shaped raw fabric 21 extrusion-molded by a thermoplastic synthetic resin such as a polyurethane resin, and the flat ring 22 is oriented in a cylindrical ring shape, thus forming a belt 9. One surface 21a of the raw fabric 21 is coated previously with an antistatic agent 23 at that time, and the flat ring 22 is oriented in the cylindrical ring shape so that the antistatic agent 23 is used as the inner surface of the cylindrical belt 9, i.e. a contact surface 9a to rollers 7, 8. Accordingly, the charging of static electricity to both the contact surface 9a of the belt 9 and the belt winding surfaces 7a, 8a of the rollers 7, 8 at a time when the belt 9 is driven at high speed and a magnetic tape is wound in a cartridge at high speed is prevented.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve the feed stability of recording tape by performing the positioning of a guide block by piercing the guide block which regulates the feeding height of the tape through a guide pin, and feeding the recording tape in a state where the height direction of the guide block is set freely, and after that, fixing the block at a base plate. CONSTITUTION:The guide pins 11, 12 studding on the base plate 1 to guide the recording tape 6, and the guide block 10 mounted on the guide pins by piercing and which regulates the feeding height of the recording tape 6 with a pair of guide planes to guide the upper and lower terminal parts of the record ing tape 6 are provided. The positioning of the guide block 10 is performed by feeding the recording tape 6 along the guide pins 11, 12, and the bottom plane of the guide block 10 is fixed at the base plate 1 in such state. Therefore, it is possible not only to align the mounting height of the guide block 10 but to fix the height of the guide block in a state where delicate dispersion such as an error in the perpendicular property of the guide pin is absorbed. In such a way, the feed stability of the tape can be increased.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To simplify a structure for detaining end parts of a spring and to contrive high accuracy and low cost by using a V-shaped torsion coil spring, detaining one end of it by bending to a recessed part of a cassette case and providing then a guide part to be linked with the recessed part. CONSTITUTION:The cassette case is equipped with a shutter 17 which is freely slidably fitted nor opening and closing a head inserting hole 15 and an approximately V-shaped torsion coil spring 20 with its end parts bent in a different direction from each other for energizing the shutter to be in the position of closing the head inserting hole 15. Moreover, the shutter 17 is provided with a hook part 28 for detaining one end part of the torsion coil spring 20 and the recessed part 27 for receiving the other end part of the torsion coil spring 20 at an end of the side surface. Then, the guide part 26 provided between the recessed part 27 and the shutter acts to guide one end part of the torsion spring 20 while the other end part is inserted into the recessed part 27. By this method, the form of spring parts is simplified and the fitting of the spring is secured and simplified.

CONSTITUTION:More than two springs 19 and 20, each having a low spring constant are disposed in a serial state, and when the shutter 7 is moved energizing to the closed lid position by the combined force of the springs, this combined spring stress can promote a positioning force for the closed lid position of the shutter 7 up to a prescribed value. Moreover, the combined force of >=two springs 19 and 20 disposed in the serial state is able to give a moving force to the shutter 7 for the closed lid position covering the whole area of a big opening and closing stroke. By this method, even if the opening and closing stroke of the shutter 7 is big, a stress difference of the springs between the commencing state of opening the shutter 7 and the ending state of opening the shutter 7 is reduced.
