Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain a japanese style decorative steer sheet having a japanese paper touch on the surface by laminating a non-woven fabric wherein a vinyl chloride resin fiber and a fiber with an m.p. being higher than that of the vinyl chloride resin fiber are mixed to make a paper on a steel sheet. CONSTITUTION:A non-woven fabric wherein a vinyl chloride resin fiber 12 and a fiber 13 with an m.p. being higher than that of the vinyl chloride resin fiber are mixed to make a paper is laminated on a steel sheet 20. Namely, at first, 45 % vinyl chloride resin fiber, 50% rayon fiber and 5 % 'Poval' (polyvinyl alcohol) are mixed to prepare a non-woven fabric with a basic wt. of 50g/m . Then, this non-woven fabric is laminated on a zinc-plated steel sheet treated with degreasing treatment at 180 deg.C and a pressure of 10kg/cm by means of usual sheet press laminator. The thus obtd. japanese style decorative steel sheet exhibits that the fiber in the non-woven fabric having an m.p. being higher than that of the vinyl chloride resin fiber looks being floated up as if it is a fiber in a paper and a taste of calm feeling of a japanese paper.

PURPOSE:To facilitate secondary processing by providing a transfer layer having a pattern printing layer to one surface of a transfer base material composed of a natural wood veneer layer through an adhesive layer and providing a backing layer to the other surface thereof. CONSTITUTION:A transfer layer 5 consisting of a pattern printing layer 3 and a release layer 4 and a base film 6 are laminated to a transfer base material through an adhesive layer 2 and a backing layer 7 is provided to the rear of the transfer base material. The transfer base material 1 is composed of natural wood veneer and this veneer is South Sea material or a needle-leaf tree material such as slice veneer or rotary veneer or a cross grain material, a straight grain material or a cross/straight grain material such as artificial veneer. As the adhesive used in the adhesive layer 2, a polyurethane type one, an epoxy resin type one or an ethylene/vinyl acetate resin type one can be used. The backing layer 7 is preliminarily provided to the transfer base material 1. As the backing layer 7, Japanese paper, a nonwoven fabric and cloth can be used and, in the case of the nonwoven fabric, material quality such as vinylon, rayon or polyester can be used. By this method, V-cut processing or secondary processing can be stably performed and a decorative material having a high-grade feeling can be obtained.
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain a decorative sheet appearing to be real wood, by forming on a pattern layer of the grain of wood, a woody material layer made of transparent resin applied in the form of a fine hairline and a woody material layer having different gloss than said former woody material layer. CONSTITUTION:A pattern layer 2 of the grain of wood is formed on a sheet of base material 1, and a transparent resin layer 3 having small gloss is formed all over the upper surface of the pattern layer 2. A transparent resin having a larger gloss than the transparent resin layer 3 is partially applied on the layer 3, which forms a woody material layer A4. A transparent resin having smaller gloss than the woody layer A is placed all over the upper surface of the layer A in a hairline heap, thus forming a woody material layer B5. The woody layers A and B are respectively transparent, so that the pattern of the grain of wood thereunder can be viewed therethrough. Moreover, a delicate difference in gloss feeling can be produced by the overlapping manner of the layers A, B.

PURPOSE:To enable quality of top to bottom and right to left synchronization of an printing pattern and an embossing pattern to be easily distinctly judged at a printing job site, by a method wherein a printing mark and an embossing mark are provided in an almost same figure of different sizes and a gap between both marks is optically read. CONSTITUTION:An embossing mark (b) is provided on an embossing plate, and together with an embossing pattern (2) are simultaneously worked by embossing. Further, the embossing mark (b) is provided to margin parts of both sides. When a printing pattern (1) is thoroughly synchronized with the embossing pattern (2), the embossing mark (b) is so provided as to located in a printing mark (a) when embossed by counting expansion and contraction owing to hot pressing in embossing. For instance, when a size of the printing mark (a) of a printing plate is taken as 100, the embossing mark (b) of 100 in vertical size and 99.5 in lateral size is provided on an embossing plate, and whether synchronized or not can be judged by measuring a width of the gap between both marks. Further, where the embossing mark (b) is not agreed upon to be provided in a broken line state, its identification becomes optically easy and secure.
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent occurrence of significantly swelling unevenness, irregularity of winding or flares even if a large quantity of long printed matter with a guide line is taken by providing a broken guide line to reduce the amount of sticking ink. CONSTITUTION:A broken guide line 2 is provided and an area where ink sticks in a guide line 2 part is reduced to 50% that occupied by the conventional guide line. Consequently, the quantity of ink sticking to the guide line part 2 reduces, resulting in the minification of a protrusion in the guide line 2 part. Further, an uneven surface around the protrusion almost levels off to such a degree that no irregularity of winding or flares occur. For this reason, if a large quantity of printed matter with a guide line formed is taken up, no significantly swelling unevenness generates. In addition, no irregularity of winding or flares are produced, thus causing no adverse effect on a slitter in subsequent processing.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a colored wiring board capable of adding design properties excellent in design and color to an information terminal device such as a hand-held game machine having a skeleton body, a mobile telephone, a personal computer, etc, and matching the design of a skeleton body. SOLUTION: A colored prepreg is processed into an optional shape on the one surface of a printed wiring board 100w whose surface is formed of a white color prepreg 10W and formed with wiring layers 31a and 31b, respectively, a colored mosaic prepreg 10c on which a colored mosaic pattern is formed such as a red color mosaic pattern, a yellow color mosaic pattern, a blue color mosaic pattern, etc, is formed on one surface of the printed wiring board 100w, and a red color prepreg 10R is laminated on the other surface, wiring layers 34a and 34b are formed, and thus the four-layered multilayer colored printed wiring board can be obtained where the colored mosaic pattern is formed. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative conductor wiring resin base wherein the wiring of a signal system or a power system used for interior-exterior articles such as instrument panels of an automobile, household electrical appliances, personal computers, cellphones, personal digital assistants, industrial measuring instruments or others, is molded integrally. SOLUTION: In regard to the resin base 3 formed by injection molding a thermoplastic resin on a thermoplastic resin decorative sheet 1, a conductor 2 for electrical wiring is molded integrally between the thermoplastic resin decorative sheet 1 and the base 3 formed by injection molding the thermoplastic resin. In the decorative conductor wiring resin base 6 thus constituted, the thermoplastic resin decorative sheet 1 and the resin base 3 formed by injection molding the thermoplastic resin are constituted of the same kind of thermoplastic resin in consideration of recycling.
