PURPOSE: A precast concrete panel for road pavement is provided to prevent damage to a panel body when the concrete panel is lifted and to precisely control the horizontality of the panel body. CONSTITUTION: A precast concrete panel for road pavement comprises a panel body(11) and a coupling unit. The panel body comprises penetration parts(12), nut members(20), bolt members(30), and support members(40). The penetration parts vertically penetrate through the panel body and are separated from each other. The nut members are inserted into the penetration parts. The bolt members are coupled to the nut members and have head parts(32) to be coupled to additional tools(70a). The support members are coupled to the bottom ends of the nut members and support the panel body.

PURPOSE: A road block and a road paving method using the same are provided to design pavement in various shapes or patterns according to the features of road or surroundings by allowing auxiliary blocks or grass to be inserted in gaps formed by adjacent cross-shaped blocks. CONSTITUTION: A road block is a regular square shape block comprising protrusions on four sides. The protrusions are formed with the same protruding height and the same width, wherein the width is twice the protruding height. The adjacent ones of the protrusions have a groove(12) and a projection(13), respectively. The projection and the groove are formed in shapes to be joined with each other.

PURPOSE: A block structure for expanding a road and a construction method thereof are provided to improve the exterior of the block structure, and to improve structural stability. CONSTITUTION: A block structure for expanding a road comprises a first bottom plate(100), a second bottom plate(200), support beams(300), a top plate(400), and a shock-absorbing member(430). The first bottom plate has a first lower plate part(110) with an anchor groove, and a first side plate part(120) with a mounting part. The second bottom plate has a second lower plate part(210) and a second side plate part(220), and connected to the first bottom plate. The support beams are fixed to the first bottom plate. The top plate has a plate part(410) installed in the support beams.

A system and method for conditioning turf at of one or more golf course areas includes an aeration subsystem having subsurface aeration conduits for aerating the area, and an air blower unit in fluid communication with the aeration conduits configured to provide one of a vacuum in a vacuum mode and air under pressure in a pressure mode in the conduits. A control module is provided which responds to a directive for controlling operation of the aeration subsystem in response to sensing environmental parameters. The control module operates the blower in repetitive cycles of intermittent operation in one of the vacuum mode and pressure mode wherein each cycles includes a blower-on and blower-off mode. The blower-on mode operates the blower units for a first time interval and the blower-off mode ceases operation of the blower units for a second time interval during each cycle.

The present invention relates to a concrete paving composition comprising 31 wt% of dried or powdered seaweed comprising one among Enteromorpha prolifera, Monostroma nitidum, green moss, pond scum, green laver, sea staghorn, Codium minus (Schmidt) Caulerpa okamurae, Chaetomorpha moniligera, sea mustard, kelp, Analipus japonicus, Chordaria, Ishige okamurae Yendo, whip tube, Petalonia binghamiae (J. Agardh) Vinogradova, Ecklonia cava, Ecklonia stolonifera, sea oak, seersucker, Sargassum fulvellum, Sargassum horneri, Sargassum thunbergii, Sea weed fusiforme, red laver, Gloiopeltis furcata, cottoni, Grateloupia lanceolata, Porphyra suborbiculata, Pterocladiella capillace, Acanthopeltis japonica, Gloiopeltis tenax, Sea string, Chondrus ocellatus, Hypnea charoides, Ceramium kondoi, Ceramium boydenii, Gigartina tenella, Seaweed hypnaeoides, and Grateloupia filicina or a mixture of at least two thereof; 46 wt% of polymer resin into which 50 wt% of methyl methacrylate and 50 wt% of aqueous acrylic epoxy resin are mixed; 10 wt% of 2-diethyl aminoethylamine as a hardener; 2 wt% of metallic salts-based cobalt as an accelerating admixture; 3 wt% of polyethylene wax; and 8 wt% of silica as a filler. The concrete paving composition further comprises 1 part by weight of an antioxidant including aromatic amine-based compounds and 2 parts by weight of UV stabilizer including aromatic amino ester-based compounds on the basis of 100 parts by weight of the concrete paving composition. The concrete paving composition, and more particularly, the eco-friendly concrete paving composition using seaweed provides excellent adhesion and waterproofing properties for concrete paving.

PURPOSE: A subsidence prevention structure of a water-permeable sidewalk block is provided to easily store underground water used for the growth of plants and to naturally supply the stored underground water to plants. CONSTITUTION: A subsidence prevention structure of a water-permeable sidewalk block comprises a ground layer, a sidewalk block layer, and a porous support layer. The porous support layer is formed by coupling multiple porous support members(150,150') to each other and is arranged on the ground layer. The porous support members have edge portions(151,151') and through coupling holes(155,155'). The through coupling holes couple the adjacent porous support members to each other.

PURPOSE: A structure of the bottom of a children's playground and a construction method thereof are provided to prevent corruption of inner bottom materials by preventing water penetration from the outside, to dry in short time, and to utilize for long time without repair by maintaining elasticity for long time because impact from the top surface is evenly distributed. CONSTITUTION: A method for constructing the bottom of a children's playground is as follows. The bottom surface where a playground will be placed is cleaned so that a base layer is formed(S200). An elastic material of 2 liquid type state of main materials and a hardening agent are spread on the top of the base layer so that a flexible elastic layer is formed(S210). A cutoff layer preventing moisture absorption is formed in the top of the flexible elastic layer(S220). Rubber chips are spread on the top of the cutoff layer so that a surface layer is formed(S230).

PURPOSE: A low-carbon medium-temperature asphalt mixture is provided to reduce the emission of carbon dioxide by lowering 30-50 degrees of construction temperature. CONSTITUTION: A low-carbon medium-temperature asphalt mixture is produced as follows. Aggregate having a 20 or 13mm size 92-96 weight%, straight asphalt 3.8-6 weight%, and middle-temperature reforming agent 0.2-4.0 weight% are put into a mixer and are mixed with 125-145 degrees of temperature. The porosity of a paved road is 3-5%, and the porosity of the aggregate is over 12%.

CONSTITUTION: A structure for coupling precast panels for road pavement comprises panel bodies(11a,11b) and coupling units(20). The panel bodies are installed in a road. The coupling units are installed in the panel bodies so that the panel bodies can be coupled to the other panel bodies. Each coupling unit comprises a first pipe(30), a second pipe(40), a connection bar(50), and a grouting material. The first pipes are installed in the inner edge of the panel bodies and have injection ports(31). The injection ports are upward extended. The second pipes are installed in the inner edge of the other panel bodies. The connection bars inserted into the first and second pipes. The first and second pipes and the injection ports are filled with the grouting material.
