Abstract:
An adjustable hinge set and a method for making it improves mounting of a deck lid to a motor vehicle body by permitting mass production adjustments without distortion or multiplication of the parts installed. A hinge set bracket with spaced flanges receiving a pivot strap and pivot therebetween is formed with a substantially vertical slot in each flange. At least one insert having a collar and a stem, reinforces the spacing between the support flanges, as the pivot pin compressionally engages the flanges. Preferably, two inserts having a collar and a stem have a combined length that reinforces the predetermined spacing within a predetermined tolerance when compression is adjusted.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a hinge for the swivelling connection of two components (1, 2), made of at least one first round hinge element (3, 4) on the first component (1) and at least one corresponding second round hinge element (5, 6) on the second component (2), wherein said hinge elements (3, 5; 4, 6) are connected to one another such that they can rotate around the centre axis. The first hinge element (3, 4) is a bearing sleeve (7, 8) having a longitudinal gap, over which an insertion sleeve (11, 12), likewise provided with a longitudinal gap (13, 14), can be completely screwed in as a second hinge element (5, 6).
Abstract:
The invention relates to an inner container for a refrigeration appliance, comprising walls (8; 9) surrounding a storage compartment (3). The inner container (1) has two cut-out sections (17; 29), one defining a swivel axis of a door (4) and the other accommodating a latch (12) of the door (4). A bearing bush (30) can be optionally mounted either in the one or in the other cut-out section (17; 29).
Abstract:
The invention relates to a hinge arrangement for doors, windows or the like, comprising a hinge part (2) comprising an articulation part (2a) and a fastening part (2b), wherein the fastening part (2b) can be mounted in an adjustable way on a fastening surface (6a) of a frame or leaf (1). At least two, preferably two or three, more preferably three spindle mechanisms (4, 5) are provided that can be actuated independently from each other, effecting a perpendicular movement of the fastening part (2b) compared to the fastening surface (6a).
Abstract:
For a hinge arrangement for doors, windows, or the like, with a fixed part (60) which is to be fastened to the stationary frame of the door, the window or the like, with a moving part (50) which is to be fastened to the leaf of the door, of the window, or the like, with a hinge bolt passing through the hinge parts (50, 60) for connecting said hinge parts (50, 60) in a pivotable manner in the form of a hinge, at least one of the hinge parts (50, 60) comprising a pivoted lever (51), which can be pivoted about the hinge bolt (7) for the pivotal connection of the hinge parts, the pivoted lever (51) engaging with a cog (73) in a slot (53) formed to correspond to at least one hinge part (50, 60), an adjusting device, with which this hinge part (50, 60) can be shifted perpendicularly to its fastening wall at the frame or the leaf, is provided at least at one of the hinge parts (50, 60).
Abstract:
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a supporting element which takes the form of an angle bar. Suitable means are used to provide the bar with a wire guide sheave; the supporting elements and the sheave, together with the aforementioned means, are mounted on a guide section of the type used in window-regulating devices. Preferably, a supporting element and a sheave are provided close to each of the ends of the aforementioned section.
Abstract:
A cushioned coupling hinge (1) comprises a first element (20) and a second element (30) rotatable with each other and an, elastic element (50), placed between the first element (20) and the second element (30). The first element (20) comprises a body (21) provided with a chamber (23) suitable to house within it the elastic element (50) and, at least partially, the second element (30). The body (21) comprises a tooth (24) protruding towards the inside of the chamber (23). The second element (30) comprises a body (31) suitable for inserting in the chamber (23) comprising a tab (34), projecting outwards, and suitable for engaging with the tooth (24). The elastic element (50) is housed in the chamber (23) between the tooth (24) and the tab (34), and is suitable to oppose resistance by compression between the tooth (24) and the tab (34), so as to slow down the rotation of the first element (20) in relation to the second.
Abstract:
Suspension device for windows, comprising a first (10), a second (20), and a third (30) linkage arm, which third linkage arm is rotatably attached to a respective first end (11, 21) of the first and second linkage arm and which third linkage arm comprises an axis pin (33) by means of which a window sash (2) is rotatably attachable to the suspension device. The first and second linkage arms each have, on their respective second ends (12, 22), a laterally projecting retaining pin (13, 23). The retaining pins are arranged so as to permit retention of a respective linkage arm on a window frame (1) by introduction of the retaining pin into a respective recess (1b, 1c) in the window frame and define an axis of rotation for the respective linkage arm.
Abstract:
To improve the motion smoothness of a leaf articulated on a frame of a piece of furniture a servo system is presented comprising resilient means connected between the frame and the leaf to exert a supporting force on the leaf and to assist its lifting by a user. The resilient means comprise an elongated elastic element (50), one end (P1) of which is hinged to the leaf and the other end (P2) to the frame, the element being mounted bent with respect to an idle undeformed configuration, so that its ends, tending to elastically regain the undeformed configuration, exert a thrust force between the leaf and the frame.
