Abstract: The present invention relates to a powder puff and a manufacturing method thereof. The present invention manufactures a powder puff by sequentially conducting: a fabric configuring step of selecting ground yarn and pile yarn to select yarn; a step of weaving a two-bar or three-bar knit by weaving the ground yarn and the pile yarn; a refining step of removing oils and fats contained in the yarn of the two-bar or three-bar knit; a dyeing step of putting the fabric of the two-bar or three-bar knit into a dyeing machine and dyeing the fabric; a heat treatment step of heat-treating the dyed fabric of the two-bar or three-bar knit at temperature of 160 to 200°C for 2 to 5 minutes; a nap-raising step of raising nap on the fabric of the two-bar or three-bar knit; and a polishing step of polishing the fabric of the two-bar or three-bar knit. Accordingly, the present invention is soft and has excellent spreadability and can reduce costs by selectively applying microfiber or yarn with low tension resistance to reduce flexural rigidity of piles.

Abstract: Disclosed are a method for manufacturing a flocking carpet and a flocking carpet manufactured thereby. The method for manufacturing a flocking carpet according to the present invention comprises: a laminating step of a base fabric; a flocking step of flocking the fabric to allow pile yarns to be planted in a straight-hair form and fixed; a printing step of printing the flocked fabric after the flocking step; a drying step of cylinder-drying the printed fabric; and a steaming step of steaming the dried fabric using steam as a heat source, wherein the steaming step includes a step of humidifying the fabric at a lead-in side of a fabric recovering part in which the fabric is recovered via a plurality of rollers from a fabric supplying part supplying the fabric. Accordingly, surface pilling is good to make the appearance luxurious, processes are reduced to save a painting cost, industrial water is hardly used to reduce a load caused by waste water, high-temperature water is not used, and a drying energy is low to result in a significant energy saving effect because the percentage of water content is lower than that in the case of rinsing by 80% or greater.
