Abstract: A cosmetic composition comprising illite is provided to decrease the amount of skin sebum significantly and provide excellent face washing effect by using the illite absorbing fatty acids such as stearic acid, palmitic acid, and myristic acid. A cosmetic composition for removing skin sebum and cleansing skin comprises 0.1-20 wt.% of illite as an effective ingredient. The cosmetic composition is a skin external application formulation such as skin lotion, viscous liquid, lotion, cream, pack, washing agents, shampoo and rinse.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition containing resveratrol and hydroxyl propyl cyclodextrin is provided to ensure moisturization and elasticity. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition contains 0.5-10 weight% of clathrate of resveratrol in hydroxyl propyl cyclodextrin. The hydroxyl propyl cyclrodextrin-resveratrol clathrate is obtained by adding mixture of resveratrol with hydroxyl propyl cyclodextrin in mixture of water, ethanol, methanol, butanol, butyleneglycol, propyleneglycol, glycerin, or ethylacetate, stirring at 20-30°C, filtering, concentrating, and drying. The addition amount of the hydroxy propyl cyclrodextrin is 0.2-0.8 weight part based on 1 weight part of resveratrol. The cosmetic composition is used in the form of astringent, nutrition lotion, eye cream, nutrition cream, cleansing cream, cleansing foam, cleansing water, essence or pack.

Abstract: A purification method of resveratrol is provided to purify resveratrol of the high concentration and the high purity to become the purity more than 99 % for maximizing the effect of resveratrol while not degrading the aptitude of target food. A method for purifying resveratrol from extract of grape twig with high purity comprises the steps of: (a) obtaining the fractions by fractionizing the extract of grape twig containing resveratrol with ethylacetate; (b) adsorbing the fractions to the silica gel and drying them; and (c) after the drying eluting the resveratrol which is absorbed while spilling elute solvent consisting of n-hexane and ethylacetate, to the silica gel.
