    Abstract: PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a diamond grinding tool, which can improve the grinding and cutting properties of a grinding tool by freely positioning diamond particles, is provided to reduce manufacturing costs and to simplify a structure by removing a punch from a pressing device. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a diamond grinding tool is as follows. A molded article is formed by a diamond array step system and an abrasive layer formation step. A plurality of diamond particles(22) is arranged on a bottom surface(31) of the molding frame. After the bottom surface of the molding frame in which diamond particles are arranged is descended, an abrasive layer(210) including a plurality of diamond particles is formed by piling metal powders.

CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a diamond grinding tool is as follows. Diamond particles(22) are coated to a thickness greater than the size of the biggest diamond particles. Metal powder and diamond particles arranged in the metal powder are molded with a mold. The molded product is pressed in the vertical direction or/and the horizontal direction. The pressed molded product is sintered by heat.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A method manufacturing of a cutting tip for saw is provided to reduce the production cost by replacing expansive cobalt. CONSTITUTION: A cut-out layer is formed by the shaping sinter(S10). A blank layer is formed by cladding material satisfying the solderability with the metal shank on the cut-out layer. The sintering temperature of the cut-out layer is 650~800°C. The blank is covered after dividing into two layers. The blank layer satisfies the melting temperature between the blank layer and the cut-out layer.
