Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for fabricating antibacterial leather fabric is provided to enhance antibacterial, tensile strength, and bursting strength. CONSTITUTION: A method for fabricating antibacterial leather comprises: a step of mixing Galla rhois extract and dye ingredients to dye leather; and a step of mixing the Galla rhois extract with a binder to coat dyed leather. The Galla rhois extrac is contained in 0.1-30 weight parts based on 100 weight parts of the dye ingredients. The binder is acryl binder or urethane binder.

Abstract: 본 발명은 오배자 추출물을 염색 원료와 배합하여 피혁의 염색공정에 활용하는 피혁 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 오배자 약품을 피혁 제조 공정에 사용할 경우 그 공정에 의해 제조된 피혁의 항균성 및 인장강도, 인열강도, 파열강도 등의 피혁 품질이 증대된다. 또한, 화학 약품이 아닌 천연 재료를 활용함으로써, 화학 약품의 사용에 의한 독성 문제가 해결될 수 있다.
