Abstract: PURPOSE: Low noise-drainage pavement with improved durability and a paving method thereof are provided to prevent the abrasion of a surface layer or the scattering of aggregate by enhancing the coherence between a base layer and aggregate and between aggregates. CONSTITUTION: A paving method of low noise-drainage pavement with improved durability is as follows. Asphalt concrete in which aggregate and asphalt are mixed is placed to form a base layer. A primer resin is spread 0.2~0.9kg/m^2 on the top of a base layer. Aggregate with a grain size of 0.1~1.5mm is spread 0.3~1.5kg/m^2. An adhesive with a viscosity of 300~500cps containing methyl methacrylate is spread 0.1~1.0kg/m^2.

본 발명에 따른 황토보도 포장방법에 의한 황토보도는 황토채움재가 25mm 투수시멘트 콘크리트에 형성된 공극에 침투되어 일체화되어 이 공극부위가 약간 침화됨으로써 황토보도가 각종 용도에 맞는 보도로써 적용될 수 있는 내구성을 갖도록 내구성이 향상되는 효과가 있다.-

Abstract: Color permeable stones and a method of paving a concrete road using the color permeable stone are provided to display variety of lasting colors without using paints by paving the porous concrete road with color permeable stones by mixing 6 to 21% of acryl based binder and coupling agents by weight of 100% of permeable stones. Color permeable stones have grain sizes of 1 to 15mm. Of 100% of color permeable stones by weight, 6 to 21% of adhesive by weight is mixed. The adhesive is made by mixing 5 to 10% of coupling agents by weight of 100% of acryl based binder. On a road paved with porous concrete, a color layer is paved. The color layer is paved on the porous concrete road by paving a mixture of color permeable stones and acryl based binder and coupling agents. The acryl based binder is made by mixing a main agent and a curing agent by ratio of 5 to 1 or by 4 to 1. The main agent is made by mixing 50 to 70% of acryl urethane resin by weight, and 30 to 50% of butyl acetone by weight. The curing agent is made by mixing 50 to 60% of iso-cyanate by weight and 40 to 50% of butyl acetone by weight. The color stones are natural stones such as pea gravels, stone chips, quartz sand, or pebbles made by breaking granite or marble stones.
