Abstract: The present invention relates to a tube-shaped scaffold manufacturing device and a scaffold made by the same. A purpose of the present invention is to provide a scaffold manufacturing device in which a collecting unit arranged under a sprayer for spraying a solution for producing a scaffold is formed in a cylindrical tube shape and which simultaneously achieve stable fixation and bending prevention of the tube in the process of fixating the tube at both ends of the tube-shaped collecting unit.
