Abstract: PURPOSE: A composition containing soybean-processed by-products is provided to reduce accumulation of body fat and to prevent and treat obesity without side effect. CONSTITUTION: A composition for preventing or treating obesity contains 0.001-30 wt% of soybean-processed by-product as an active ingredient. The by-products are soybean soaking water, soybean curd whey, or a mixture thereof. The soybean soaking water is prepared by dipping soybeans at 10-30 Deg. C. for 3-24 hours. The active ingredient suppresses the accumulation of cholesterol in body, the accumulation of neutral fat, the differentiation of preadipocytes to adipocytes, the generation of fat, the activation of acetyl-CoA carboxylase(ACC), and the activation of AMPK(AMP-activated protein kinase). The composition contains one or more pharmaceutically acceptable carriers or excipient.
Abstract translation: 目的：提供含有大豆加工副产物的组合物，以减少身体脂肪的积累，并预防和治疗肥胖而无副作用。 构成：用于预防或治疗肥胖症的组合物含有0.001-30重量％的大豆加工副产物作为活性成分。 副产物是大豆浸泡水，大豆凝乳乳清或其混合物。 大豆浸泡水的制备方法是将大豆浸泡10-30度。 C. 3-24小时。 活性成分抑制体内胆固醇的积累，中性脂肪的积累，前脂肪细胞分化为脂肪细胞，产生脂肪，乙酰辅酶A羧化酶（ACC）的活化以及活化的AMPK（AMP-活化蛋白 激酶）。 组合物含有一种或多种药学上可接受的载体或赋形剂。

Abstract: 본 발명은 상기 대두가공 부산물을 유효성분으로 하는 비만 예방 또는 치료용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 유효성분으로 대두의 순물, 대두의 침지수 또는 이들의 혼합물을 함유하는 비만 예방 또는 치료용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 상기 본 발명에 따른 조성물은 천연 식품의 추출물을 사용하여 인체에 무해하며, 체내 지방의 축적을 감소시킬 수 있는 효과가 탁월할 뿐 아니라 지방산 산화의 촉진을 억제함으로써 고지방 섭취에 의해 발생되는 비만을 예방 및 치료에 부작용 없이 효과적으로 사용할 수 있으며, 또한 비만에 기인한 대사성 및 심혈관, 뇌혈관 질환, 암과 같은 다양한 질병의 예방에 크게 기여할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
