Abstract: The present invention relates to a two-layered box type fishing reef and, more specifically, to a two-layered box type fishing reef which recovers devastated coastal fisheries by forming a habitat for useful zoobenthos by filling an internal space of the two-layered artificial reef with rocks; and recovers a safe ecosystem by forming a sea jungle capable of promoting a green growth project. The two-layered box type is formed into a two-layered box type composed of an upper layer and a lower layer and includes an upper space of the upper layer where organisms including zoobenthos can live; a lower space of the lower layer where organisms including zoobenthos can live; a passage formed between the upper and lower spaces to enable a trip of the organism; and a bottom plate of the lower space which is formed on the lower part of the lower space and designed to be inclined at 45 degrees to facilitates the movement of motile and immobile organisms to the inside of the fishing reef.
