Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem: though a movement to obtain metallic binding band type temperature indicating implements becomes bigger and bigger recently, to make a metallic binding band to have a temperature indicating function inexpensively and efficiently is impossible by conventional techniques. SOLUTION: After the strap section of the metallic binding band composed of the strap section in the shape of a long flat plate, and a head section which is provided on the base end side of the strap section and keeps the tip side of the strap section inserted and locked, is immersed in a colored paint solution, the strap section is lifted up and dried to form a colored layer on the surface of the strap section. Then, after the strap section is immersed in a wax mixed solution wherein oil-series powderily-pulverized wax and a viscous agent are dispersed in a solvent, the strap section is lifted up and dried to form an opaque powder wax layer on the colored layer. Moreover, after the strap section is immersed in a transparent synthetic resin solution, the strap section is lifted up and dried to form a coated layer on the powder wax layer. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature sensitive label which is capable of recording the total quantity of heat with time given to the objective body at a low cost. SOLUTION: Wax 2 in a sheet state which contains dispersion of pigments and which starts to melt at preliminarily determined temperature is overlapped on the top face of a wax absorbing material 1 in a sheet state in such a manner that the wax 2 is in a smaller area than the wax absorbing material 1 to leave a margin 3 in the periphery. Then a color developing material 5 in a sheet state which has a colored face 4 on one face and which changes from opaque to transparent to make the colored face visible through the sheet when the wax 2 melts and permeates is applied thereon with the colored face 4 in the side of the wax 2. A double face adhesive tape 6 is stuck to the back face of the wax absorbing material 1, and the whole top surface side is covered with a transparent film 7.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that a conventional humidity sensor, though designed to realize the fact of excess of setting humidity mainly by a change in hue of a moisture absorbing material, a change in the size of bleeding, or the like, may perform wrong determination because of difficulty in seeing, and keep productivity low because of manual work and costs high. SOLUTION: An ink-like moisture-absorbing material 2, where a porous fine particle having moisture absorption properties, starch paste, a coloring agent, and water have been kneaded, is applied, in a spot shape, to the rear side of a piece of paper 1 obtained by cutting a paper sheet in which a porous fine particle layer 6 is formed at the front side to an appropriate size, thus forming a moisture-sensitive section 3 after drying. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abnormal high-temperature warning alarm for a dark place dispensing with power supply from the outside, capable of displaying an abnormal high-temperature visually, clearly and irreversibly in a self-contained manner.SOLUTION: A transparent molded body 2 whose center part is swelled to one side, which is formed of synthetic resin film is covered over a substrate 1 to form a sealed space on the substrate 1. Then, the sealed space is divided into two chambers by a partition 3 composed of petroleum-based wax dissolving at an optional set temperature, and a pair of chemical liquids 5, 6 emitting light by being mixed are enclosed in each chamber respectively, to thereby constitute this abnormal high-temperature warning implement for a dark place.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring device, having compactness and high reliability for irreversibly measuring and displaying the temperature in units of 1/10°C, in a very narrow temperature region of 99-100°C. SOLUTION: A high-accuracy temperature recorder includes extending a slender tunnel-like slot 6 diameter-widening of the start end in the form of a funnel, from one part of the peripheral wall of a wax storing part 3 for enclosing a wax temperature sensitive body performing expansion and contraction, in response to the atmospheric temperature; filling the part near the start end of the slot; inserting a piston rod 10, from an open end side of the slot so that the edge abuts against the end face of a rubber-like fluid body; further, serially forming a piston rod guide groove in continuation, to the open end side of the slot; and adding a temperature scale that indicates the temperature by the movement position of the piston rod. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature-sensitive indicator held in a required state and unaffected by the temperature of fingers when actuating the indicator. SOLUTION: This temperature-sensitive indicator includes a substrate base 13 including an upper base material 11 and a lower base material 12, and label comps 21 held by being put between the upper and lower base materials of the substrate base with pull-out parts on one end side thereof projected outward. Through pulling out one end of a label comp from the substrate base, capsules 28 are broken down by being pressed in protrusively shaped parts 16 provided in one or both of the upper and lower base materials, bringing about a measurement preparation state. It can be ascertained that a set temperature has been exceeded by checking the color which is developed when a predetermined temperature is exceeded and a temperature-sensitive material is dissolved and absorbed by an absorbent paper 23.
