Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that a failure in the bending property of an arm part of a rack (a rotating lock pawl) made of a synthetic resin is generated due to temperature characteristics and a mistaken latch is generated frequently at low or high air temperature when the conventional ratchet mechanism of a changeover valve for a water purifier is used. SOLUTION: The ratchet mechanism is composed of: a click spring (a reverse rotation preventing pawl) 21; the rack (the rotating lock pawl) 22 to be coupled with a changeover lever 50; a drive gear having a reverse rotation preventing cog 25 capable of locking and sliding a pawl part of the click spring 21 on one end face thereof and a normal rotation preventing cog 26 for locking and sliding a plurality of pawls of the rack 22 on the other end face thereof; a return spring 23 for returning the changeover lever; and a spring lock plate 24. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ejector pin 70 which can replace a conventional ejector pin 30 for preventing or reducing troubles such as fixing, bending or the like. SOLUTION: A spiral groove 74 is formed on an outer periphery of a cylindrical body part 72 of the ejector pin 70 excluding both end parts (a head part 71 and a shoulder part 73) in order to release gas and residual foreign substances. When synthetic resin injection molding is completed and an ejector plate 20 is moved for removing a formed molding 60, the ejector pin 70 slides and projects from a movable side retainer plate 40 through a through-hole B of a movable side nest B41 without rotating so as to remove the residual foreign substances or the like of the synthetic resin adhered inside the through-hole B of the movable side nest B41.
