SOLUTION: The fibrous material has a polyrotaxane and a fiber. The polyrotaxane comprises a cyclic molecule, a linear molecule including the cyclic molecule in a skewered state and blocking groups arranged at both terminals of the linear molecule so as not to eliminate the cyclic molecule from the linear molecule.
