Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize an air cleaner whole body with keeping pre-cleaner function.
SOLUTION: A filter element 2 is provided with a first cap 22 including a communication port 25 making a space part IS communicate to an outer part on both ends of a cylindrical main filter member 21 forming the space part IS in an inner circumference side, and a second cap 23 blocking the space part IS. A pre-filter member 101 is held in such a manner that the same can be detachably inserted from the communication port 25 to the space part IS. A flow-in space (channel 37) of gas where the communication port 25 is positioned under a condition where the cover 5 is attached on the main body case 4, and a flow-out space (channel 35) of gas where the air gap is positioned are partitioned by a partition part (upper fitting part 36). A flow-in port 10 establishes communication between a flow-in space and the outer part, and a flow-out port 12 establishes communication between a flow-out space and the outer part.
