Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance certainty and safety of a work during maintenance inspection or repair of a connection box provided with a fuse.SOLUTION: A connection box 200 has one or plural cable-way opening/closing devices 20 each of which has a single-throw level switch 10 switchable to ON or OFF and is selected from a group of a switch, a disconnector and a circuit breaker, a fuse connected electrically to the cable-way opening/closing device(s) 20, and a fuse box cover 50 which is mounted to the upper surface side of a fuse box 100 so as to be openable and closable. In the connection box 200, when the fuse box cover 50 is opened substantially upwards (in X-direction) or toward the lever switch 10 side (in Y-direction) under the state that the lever switch 10 is set to ON-state, all the lever switches 10 under the ON-state are switchable to OFF-state (in Z-direction).

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washer which can prevent insufficient fastening at screwing of a terminal block, with high accuracy while improving safety and reliability of wiring work.SOLUTION: A washer comprises a cylinder part having a cutout portion in part of its circumferential direction, through which a terminal screw is inserted. The cylinder part is curved to have a larger diameter as it goes toward in a direction to tighten the terminal screw (hereinafter referred to as a "screwing direction"), and has a plurality of notches at an end of the terminal screw on an insertion side. The cylinder part also includes a lateral surface visibly colored on a surface on a screwing direction side and has an elasticity so that by being pressed in the screwing direction, the cutout portion expands in a circumferential direction and the lateral surface spreads out in a radial direction.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly connect an axial lead type diode 13 to a terminal board 12 by soldering.SOLUTION: Disclosed is a terminal box B for a solar cell module. Inside its box body 11, a plurality of terminal boards 12 to which electrodes a of the solar cell module are connected are disposed, and bypass diodes 13 are also disposed between the terminal boards adjacent to each other. An erected piece 14 is formed by cutting and erecting a part of the terminal board in an L-shape, and holding pieces 14a are erected from the end parts of the erected piece 14. The diode 13 is connected to the terminal board 12 by fitting a lead leg 13b of the diode 13 between the holding pieces 14a, and soldering the leg along a flat surface 12b of the erected piece 14. When soldering, as the erected piece 14 is a small piece, the heat from a soldering iron is not immediately transferred to the whole part of the terminal board 12 to discharge the heat, and the temperature smoothly rises to a solderable level to enable smooth soldering. As the diode 13 gradually heats up, the generated heat is smoothly discharged by being transferred to the whole part of the terminal board 12 via the small erected piece 14.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable easy connection between electrode lines a from a solar cell module and terminal plates 12 even in a site. SOLUTION: In a terminal box B for a solar cell module, a plurality of terminal plates 12 connected with electrode lines a of the solar cell module are disposed in a box body 11, and a diode 13 for the prevention of a reverse current is provided between the adjacent terminal plates. The electrode lines are overlapped with the terminal plates, the overlapped connection parts are pressed by rocking pushing levers 20, and the pushing levers are engaged with associated hooks 19 for fixing. At this time, the rotary operation of each lever is easy and it is only required to terminate the pushing action of the electrode lines at the end of the rotary operation for engagement with the hooks. Line pushing work can be performed easy, a pushing force can be made sufficient, and sufficient connection can be secured. The connecting work can be made easy even in the site.
