Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for treating muddy water having an excellent treatment efficiency and allowing easy transportation as well.
SOLUTION: The system for treating muddy water comprises: a stirrer for mixing and stirring water to be treated and a flocculating agent, wherein the stirrer comprises a first tank to which water to be treated is fed, a mixing tank which is disposed adjacent to the first tank and makes the water to be treated mix with the flocculating agent, and a second tank which communicates with the mixing tank through an opening at a lower end of a wall provided on a boundary between the mixing tank and the second tank and keeps a stirring pump disposed for stirring the water to be treated and the flocculating agent, wherein the first tank and the mixing tank are divided by an overflow wall of which the upper end is formed in a V shape; and further a flocculating agent feeding unit for feeding the predetermined amount of flocculating agent to the water to be treated from the upper side at the position of the side of the mixing tank slightly away from the overflow wall.
