Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slide rail which requires only a small installation volume, exhibits a large load-bearing capacity, and is improved in strength against a force imposed thereto at right angles to a moving direction.
SOLUTION: The slide rail is formed of a plurality of ball rows which are horizontally located in parallel with each other; an outer member having rails on both sides thereof, in a manner bearing the balls diagonally from below; an inner member having rails on both sides thereof at locations opposed to the rails of the outer member via the balls, in a manner pressing the balls diagonally from above; and a ball retainer aligning and retaining the plurality of balls in rows. Further, according to the structure of the slide rail, the rails of the outer member are each formed by extending from above a horizontal line passing a ball center to a location of an outer member opening inner than a vertical line passing the ball center, and the rails of the inner member are each formed by extending from below the horizontal line passing the ball center to a location outside the vertical line passing the ball center. By virtue of the formation, the slide rail has a high strength against a force imposed thereto at right angles to the target moving direction.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interlocking mechanism which is simple in structure, low in cost, and rarely suffers from failure, and to provide an interlocking sliding door.
SOLUTION: According to the structure of the interlocking mechanism, the movement of each inner race of a slide rail using ball bearings is twice as much as that of a ball retainer, and the two slide rails bear a driving sliding door and a driven sliding door, respectively. Then the ball retainer of the slide rail which bears the driving sliding door is engaged with the inner race of the slide rail which bears the driven sliding door, via a lever, and therefore the driven sliding door is moved in proportion to 1/2 of the movement of the driving sliding door. The interlocking sliding door is also provided.
