Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compression forming apparatus which can effectively form an object to be formed by compression so as to have high density while saving energy using a relatively small quantity of pressurized oil. SOLUTION: The compression forming apparatus forms the product (33) to be formed by applying a pressing force to a press block (10) to be guided by column shape members (1a) of a portal frame (1). A screw shaft (3) is screwed into a female screw member (4) provided at the middle portion of the beam member (1b) of the portal frame. A flywheel (7) is fitted via a spline on one end portion of the screw shaft (3). The other end portion of the screw shaft (3) is faced to a piston (12) slidably arranged in the recessed portion (10c) of the press block (10). A traveling cylinder (25) for moving the press block (10) is arranged on both sides of the screw shaft (3). High pressure oil can be supplied into a hydraulic chamber (13) arranged between the press block (10) and the piston (12). The press block (10) is moved by the total pressing force caused by the traveling cylinder (25), the screw shaft (3), and the pressurized oil to form the object to be formed by compression. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning method which efficiently removes a residue stuck in the mold of a molding machine without hindering a molding process. SOLUTION: In the molding machine 1 having a charger 14 which has an upper mold liner 6 and a lower mold 4, holds blending packed in the lower mold 4 between the upper mold liner 6 and the lower mold 4, presses the blending, reciprocates between a standby position and a filling position, and packs the blending in the lower mold 4, the charger 14 is provided with a rotary brush 16 which abuts on the upper mold liner 6 and a lower mold liner 9, an upward cleaning nozzle 17 and a downward cleaning nozzle 15 which jet cleaning liquids toward the upper mold liner 6 and the lower mold liner 9, the lower mold liner 9 is cleaned when the charger 14 advances, so that the upper mold liner 6 is cleaned when the charger 14 retreats. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blending filling method which fills homogeneous blending in uniform density even if a mold to be filled has a special shape. SOLUTION: In the blending filling method in which blending is put in a charger 14 having a cylindrical casing 15 and a stirring means (rotary arm 17 and stirring rod 18) rotating around the central axis of the casing 15, the charger 14 is moved horizontally toward a mold, and the blending in the casing 15 is dropped into the space 27 of the mold at a first stop position where the rotary shaft 16 of the casing 15 does not cover the space 27, the charger 14 is stopped to turn the blending in the casing 15 dropped into the space 27 of the mold. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brick molding method capable of homogenously molding a brick having a large thickness like a refractory brick with high accuracy at a low cost. SOLUTION: The brick molding method includes a performing process for press-molding a bat (14) not collapsed even if fed under pressure 5-20% of that applied in a main molding process using the cavity having an area 80-95% of that of the cavity used in the main molding process of a performing machine (B), the main molding process for molding the preformed bat (14) under predetermined pressure using the predetermined cavity area of a main molding machine (A) and a weighing process for weighing the bat (14) between the performing process and the main molding process to feed back the measured value to the control means of the performing process and enhancing the accuracy of the bat (14).
