Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum treatment device which forms a synthetic resin membrane on a base body by evaporating ≥2 species raw material monomers and introducing the monomers in a vacuum treatment chamber, and to improve membrane forming velocity and use efficiency of monomers and reduce electric power for evacuation. SOLUTION: The vacuum treatment device forms the synthetic resin membrane by evaporating at least two species of raw material monomers, introducing the monomers in the vacuum treatment chamber and polymerizing the monomers on the base body. The device carries out autonomous membrane formation without depending on an evacuation device by using the at least two species raw material monomers which can react in polyaddition and carrying out (A) a process for evacuating the vacuum chamber, (B) a process for introducing the monomers by opening raw material valves and (C) a process for stopping the evacuation and closing the evacuation valve. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alcoholic fermentation food or drink and acetic acid fermentation food or drink developing clear red color, having mild taste and flavor free from harshness and having little astringency. SOLUTION: The invention provides a food or drink produced by using ancient rice as a raw material and containing an alcoholic fermentation product obtained by a step to perform solid-liquid separation of the raw material after saccharifying treatment and organic acid fermentation treatment, and a step to perform alcoholic fermentation treatment of the separated liquid obtained by the solid-liquid separation step. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe material which is a bleaching agent having excellent stability and exhibiting stronger bleaching actions. SOLUTION: The bleaching agent comprises 2-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-ethanol as an active ingredient. Otherwise, the bleaching agent comprises the 2-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-ethanol and an ingredient derived from grains as the active ingredient. The ingredient derived from the grains refers to a pulverized material of the grains, an extract of the grains, a saccharified material of the grains and a fermented material of the grains. Rice, wheat, barley, corn, barnyard millet, foxtail millet, buckwheat, rye, etc., are exemplified as the grains. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
