PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for filling and packaging a plurality of kinds of articles in each respective predetermined position of a packaging bag or a vessel. SOLUTION: The positioning and packaging device for positioning and packaging the plurality of different kinds of the packaged articles 11 to 15 in respective positions in the packaging bag 16 has a chain 3 conveying a plurality of trays 4, a plurality of measuring and investing devices for positioning and placing a plurality of a predetermined amount of the packaged articles 11 to 15 on a tray 4, a means of inputting the trays 4 on which the packaged articles 11 to 15 positioned and placed by the measuring and investing devices of the packaged articles are mounted into a packaging bag, a turning mechanism for vertically turning the trays 4 input in the packaging bag 16, and a pull-out mechanism for pulling out the packaging bag 16 from the turned tray 4 wherein the packaged articles 11 to 15 placed and positioned on the trays 4 are transferred and packaged with the articles positioned in the packaging bag 16. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging method and a packaging apparatus capable of providing a packaged object sealed in a bag without a crease in an opening of the bag. SOLUTION: The packaged object is filled from an upward opening through the inner tube 3 of a former 2 to a lower end of a tubular body formed of a plastic sheet F by a former 2. The tubular body at a part which is filled with the packaged object, is pressed from both sides with a degassing plate 6 to discharge the inside gas, and the upper part of the tubular body at the part which is filled with the packaged object, is sealed by being sealed with a lateral sealer. The packaging apparatus has a gas-sending pipe 16 for supplying gas from the opening of the tubular body through the inner tube 3 in the tubular body which is filled with the packaged object. The upper part of the portion, in which the filled packaged object is present, of the tubular body to which the gas was supplied through the gas-sending pipe 16 is pressed from both sides by the degassing plate 6 to degas the portion, in which the filled packaged object is present, of the tubular body followed by being laterally sealed. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sterilization method that sterilizes putrefactive bacteria to cause putrefaction in cultivation of sprout vegetable, completely sterilizes food poisoning bacteria such as pathogenic Escherichia coli O157, Salmonella, Listeria etc., and produces a sprout vegetable seed for growing a sprout vegetable eatable without anxiety. SOLUTION: The method for sterilizing a sprout vegetable seed comprises immersing a sprout vegetable seed in high-temperature hot water at 80-90°C for 10-50 seconds in a sterilization water tank 2, immersing the sprout vegetable seed in cold water in a cooling water tank 4 and quenching the sprout vegetable seed to carry out sterilization treatment of putrefactive bacteria, subsequently, immersing the sprout vegetable seed in an aqueous solution of hypochlorous acid having a chlorine content of ≥1,500 ppm for ≥2 hours so as to completely sterilize food poisoning bacteria. The sprout vegetable seed after the sterilization treatment is cultivated to carry out cultivation of eatable sprout vegetable seed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
