Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep a surface temperature at a prescribed temperature even when a user's body is brought into close contact with a seat part surface since moisture is evaporated from the rear surface of the seat part, to continuously give a cool feeling to the user, and to reduce introduction costs and operating costs since it is not necessary to use electric appliances or the like for cooling.SOLUTION: A chair 10 includes a cold insulation panel 12 provided to the seat part and gives the user the cool feeling by keeping the temperature of the seat part surface 16 at a predetermined temperature. The cold insulation panel 12 includes a panel body 14. The panel body 14 is formed into a plate shape by a cement gel (50) and has continuous voids communicating with at least a rear surface 14a. In the chair 10, the seat part surface 16 is kept cooled by evaporating the water held in the continuous voids of the panel body 14 from the rear surface 14a.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-retentive cement molding where particularly for example supplied water is absorbed internally, held and evaporated from a surface. SOLUTION: The water-retentive cement molding 10 includes porous bodies 14 and the rising of surface temperature is suppressed by evaporating water absorbed internally and held from the surface 12. First capillary parts to hold water in a pF range of 2.7-4.2 are formed innumerably in the water-retentive cement molding 10. In the first capillary parts, a first to a third void 20, 22, 24 are formed properly and continuously. Water held in the first capillary parts is easily spread on the surface 12 and supplied quickly on the surface 12 and then the whole surface 12 on the water-retentive cement molding 10 is kept at a spread state of water to be a thin film. As the first capillary parts to hold water in the pF range of 2.7-4.2 are prepared, water held internally can be supplied suitably on the surface and the superior suppressing effect of surface temperature rising can be exhibited. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling unit of an air conditioner outdoor unit, a cooling system of an air conditioner outdoor unit, a cooling method of an air conditioner outdoor unit, and an air conditioner, capable of further reducing an electric energy necessary for cooling, without requiring a power for cooling than conventional ones.SOLUTION: A cooling unit 2 of an air conditioner outdoor unit is used for an air conditioner including the outdoor unit, and is configured to cool a heat exchanger included in the outdoor unit. The cooling unit 2 of the air conditioner outdoor unit includes: a water-retention formed body 1; and a holder 3 that holds the water-retention formed body 1 and secures the water-retention formed body 1 to the air suction side of the outdoor unit.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planting base for excellently growing plants and a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: The planting base 10 is formed by kneading cement 12 with a pulp sludge 14. The pulp sludge 14 forms a continuous space in the cement 12 and the surface of the cement 12 in contact with the pulp sludge 14 has weak alkalinity. Since the pulp sludge 14 is used as the rooting space of plants, decomposed into nutrients, absorbs water by its capillary phenomenon and has oxygen by its fine space structure, the pulp sludge 14 supplies nutrients, water and oxygen to plant roots. The pulp sludge prevents growth of anaerobic microorganisms putrefying water and inhibiting plant growth by a weakly alkaline environment and provides a proper plant growth environment.
