Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cost of manufacturing a filtration device and to easily decentralize the filtration devices.SOLUTION: A filter element 11 is composed of a cylindrical seamless nickel thin film, which does not need work such as welding with a frame member carried out in the conventional filtration device. Thereby, the filter 5 is easily manufactured, and the cost of manufacturing is reduced. By installing a plurality of filtration devices having a plurality of filters 5 in one tank 1, the filtration devices can be easily decentralized.
