PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bottle cap and a bottle for beverage in which a bridge part is reliably broken to check the opening of the cap when a cap part is opened while suppressing the fitting width of a band part. SOLUTION: In the bottle cap, a bridge is broken by the spiral advance of a cap part screwed to an outer cylindrical member 30 in the opening direction with respect to the outer cylindrical member 30, and a bottom lid member is pressed against a lower end of an outer cylindrical part 32 and detached from a storage part. First latch claws 500 (500a-500j), and 300 (300a-300j) to be engaged with each other at one engagement position, and second latch claws 510 (510a), and 310 (310a) to be engaged with each other at other engagement positions which regulate the turn of the band part 50 with respect to the outer cylindrical member 30 in the opening direction and permit the turn in the closing direction are provided on an inner peripheral surface 54 of the band part 50 and on an outer peripheral surface of the outer cylindrical member 30. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bottle cap capable of preventing any psychological discomfort caused by foreign matter falling in a beverage. SOLUTION: In the bottle cap 1, an inner cylindrical member 10 is attached to an outer cylindrical member 15 while an inner cylindrical portion 12 is inserted into an outer cylindrical portion 13, and attached to a bottle mouth part 21 of a bottle body 2 while the inner cylindrical portion 12 storing a charged object is sealed by a bottom lid member 16. When the inner cylindrical member 10 is upwardly displaced from the outer cylindrical member 15 of the bottle cap 1, the bottom lid member 16 is engaged with the outer cylindrical portion 13 and disengaged from the inner cylindrical portion 12. The charged object is charged into the bottle body 2, and a beverage can be prepared immediately before drinking the beverage. However, the bottom lid member 16 falling as described above is held by a bottom lid holding member 165 at a predetermined position to prevent the bottom lid member 16 from falling in the prepared beverage.
