The luminescent material can emit the light from blue to red, and its common formula is aMO bM'O SiO 2 cR: xEu yLn z Lv dLm, wherein, M is one or more kinds of elements selected from Sr, Ca, Ba and Zn; M' is one or more kinds of elements selected from Mg, Cd and Be; R is one or two components selected from B 2 O 3 and P 2 O 5 ; Ln is one or more kinds of elements selected from Nd, Dy, Ho, Tm, La, Ce, Er, Pr, Bi, Sm, Sn, Y, Lu, Ga, Sb, Tb, Mn and Pb; Lv is one or more kinds of elements selected from Cl, F, Br, I, S; Lm is one or more kinds of elements selected from Li, Na and K.
