Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform accurate positioning of an embedment body with respect to a base material by a simple operation.SOLUTION: An implement for embedding an embedment body makes an undersurface 2a of a supporting cup 2 placed on the surface of the base material B which is positioned at a peripheral edge of a drilled hole B1, makes the drilled hole B1 covered with the supporting cup 2, and makes a head of a bolt BO supported by a top surface 4b of a supporting plate 4 having an undersurface 4a placed on the top surface 2b of the supporting cup 2. Thus, an insert I, into which the bolt BO is screwed, is positioned in the drilled hole B1. A covering 3 is sandwiched between the insert I and the bolt BO screwed into the insert I, in the state of being externally and annularly provided around the bolt BO together with the supporting plate 4, is inserted through a through-hole 22 of the supporting cup 2, and covers an outer periphery of the bolt BO positioned inside the supporting cup 2, in such a manner that a lower end side is positioned in a filler storage chamber 21. An outer peripheral surface of an upper end inserted through the through-hole 22 is fitted to an inner peripheral surface of the through-hole 22, so that the covering 3 can be longitudinally and horizontally positioned with respect to the supporting cup 2.
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a variable track pad which is easily inserted between a rail and a rail support body and has proper applicability and enables fixing strength of a track pad and a variable pad to be high in strength. SOLUTION: A thin fin-shaped rubber film 48 is annularly integrally provided along an external periphery of the track pad 34 formed of a rubber plate, and an engaging protrusion 52 is integrally formed at an external peripheral end around the whole periphery. The variable pad 36 which fills a gap between the track pad 34 and the rail by injection of a resin liquid of a reaction curable resin is constituted of a hard resin. An engaging recess 70 is annularly provided along the peripheral wall part 56, and the track pad 34 and the variable pad 36 are preliminarily integrally assembled before insertion based on engagement of the engaging protrusion 52 and the engaging recess 70.
