Abstract: The present invention relates to a shoe insole for selective acupoint acupressure, wherein the shoe insole stimulates a foot reflex zone according to the foot acupressure treatment and allows selective acupressure with respect to necessary sites. The technical point of the present invention is that the shoe insole comprises: a shoe insole body having a plurality of penetration holes which are formed at regions corresponding to the foot reflex zone according to the foot acupressure treatment and which have upper and lower opened portions; and a plurality of acupoint protrusions inserted into the individual penetration holes, and the selective acupoint acupressure is conducted by fit-inserting the acupoint acupressure protrusions into penetration holes corresponding to necessary foot reflex zone. In addition, preferably, a penetration groove is upwardly formed in the bottom surface of the penetration hole. The acupoint acupressure protrusion consists of a bottom body inserted into the penetration hole to match with the bottom surface of the shoe insole; and a protrusion inserted into the penetration hole and then protruding. The acupoint protrusions are inserted into the individual penetration holes one by one, and the sizes of the protrusions of the acupoint protrusion are the same as or different from each other. Accordingly, the acupoint acupressure can be selectively performed as needed, thereby intensively supplementing vulnerable sites, and thus maintaining the whole balance of the human body.
