Abstract: The present invention relates to a deck finisher for a rapid hardening concrete paver and, more particularly, to a deck finisher for performing surface smoothing work of concrete when paving a road using the rapid hardening concrete. The deck finisher for a rapid hardening concrete paver comprises a finishing unit including multiple finishing blades rotating by being in contact with concrete to remove a surface level difference generated when smoothing the surface of the concrete using a roller. Therefore, the deck finisher according to the present invention can solve the problem that the level difference is not removed due to the hardening of the concrete before polishing work for removing the level difference during road paving work, particularly when paving a road using the rapid hardening concrete with a much higher hardening speed than common concrete, by performing the surface smoothing work of the concrete road through the rotation of the finishing blades.

CONSTITUTION: An apparatus(100) for removing air bubbles from concrete comprises a fixed frame(110), a support frame(120), a vibration generation unit(130), multiple vibrating rods(140), a vibration transfer cutoff unit(150), and a height adjusting unit(160). The vibration generation unit is installed on the top of the support frame and generates vibration using an eccentric cam rotated by an engine. The vibration transfer cutoff unit is installed on the support frame and cuts off vibration transferred from the vibration generation unit to the fixed frame. The height adjusting unit is installed on the fixed frame and the vibration transfer cutoff unit and adjusts the heights of the vibrating rods.
