Abstract: The present invention relates to a grinder for eliminating a film of paint provided in a housing of a skid loader, which is a multi-purpose construction equipment, eliminating road mark or waterproofing membrane by grinding the road surface, and sucking and collecting dust generated at the time of the elimination in a dust storage box provided in the rear of a skid loader. The grinder for eliminating a film of paint includes: a rectangular dust prevention plate mounted in the end part of the housing of the skid loader and opening the upper and lower parts thereof; a driving unit which is composed of a hydraulic motor and a gear box vertically coupled, wherein the gear box is mounted in the dust blocking plate so that the opening space of the dust prevention plate is sealed, and the gear box has a pair of grinder shafts geared and coupled to the rotating shaft of the hydraulic motor; a grinding unit which is composed of a grinder disk and a grinder beat coupled to each other, wherein the grinder disk is fixed to the lower part of the grinder shaft to be attached or detached, and the grinder beat are concentrically formed on the lower surface of the grinder disk in plural; and a dust collecting unit which is composed of a dust absorber and a dust storing box mutually connected by a pipe, wherein the dust absorber is connected with a sealed space composed of the dust prevention plate and the gear box by the pipe while fixed to the upper part of the gear box, and the dust storing box is arranged on the rear side of the skid loader.
