본 발명은 4-하이드록시 타목시펜 유사체 또는 이의 약학적으로 허용가능한 염을 유효성분으로 포함하는 대사증후군 관련 질환의 예방 또는 치료용 약제학적 조성물, 상기 조성물을 이용한 대사증후군 관련 질환의 예방 또는 치료 방법, 4-하이드록시 타목시펜 유사체를 포함하는 대사증후군 관련 질환의 예방 또는 개선용 식품 조성물, 4-하이드록시 타목시펜 유사체를 포함하는 혈액 내의 콜레스테롤 감소용 조성물, 및 4-하이드록시 타목시펜 유사체를 포함하는 간 또는 혈액에서의 글루코스 수치 감소용 조성물에 관한 것이다.

본 발명은 원료의 혼련 이송, 시트 성형 및 토출을 자동으로 구성하여 안전 작업성과 품질의 균일성을 높이고, 기능 별로 분리가 가능하여 청소 및 유지 관리보수가 용이토록 한 시트 성형기를 제공하기 위한 것이다. 본 발명의 구체적인 수단은, 시트 성형기에 있어서, 베이스 프레임과; 베이스 프레임의 상면에 직선 이동가능하도록 탑재된 이동대차와; 이동대차의 상면 일측에 설치되고, 회전 구동하는 한쌍의 성형롤러를 갖는 롤러유닛과; 이동대차의 상면 타측에 설치되어 반죽물을 공급받는 혼합조와; 혼합조에 접하여 상기 베이스 프레임측에 고정 설치된 기어박스와; 기어박스의 출력단에 연결되어 혼합조에 공급된 반죽물을 혼련시키는 한쌍의 이송스크류를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다. 시트 성형기, 성형롤러, 혼련, 기어박스, 혼합조

PURPOSE: A rubber sheet containing short fibers and an extruding device thereof are provided to improve frictional force by vertically orienting simple fiber included in the surface of a rubber sheet along the direction of the surface. CONSTITUTION: A rubber sheet containing short fibers is composed of a kneading and extruding unit and an orienting and ejecting unit. The kneading and extruding unit kneads simple fiber and rubber composition. The orienting and ejecting unit is composed of a simple fiber orienting part(210) and a sheet discharge part(220). Multiple short fiber orienting plates of the simple fiber orienting part subdivide the rubber composition kneaded with the simple fiber.

본 발명은 고무 또는 플라스틱 시트를 생산하는 혼련기의 로우터에 관한 것으로, 로우터 축(102)의 일정 구간에 서로 위상을 달리하여 원주면에 배치되어 서로 나선방향을 달리하는 제1군 치형 전진날개(110) 및 제2군 치형 역진날개(120)를 구비하고, 상기 제1군 및 제2군 치형 전,역진 날개(110,120)는 각기 단면 폭이 축의 반경방향으로 점차 좁아지고, 축 방향으로 순차적으로 연결됨과 동시에 매 일정 각도마다 다른 위상을 갖는 하나 이상의 치형요소(111,112,113,114)(121,122,123, 124)를 포함하여, 분산력을 높이고 분쇄작업을 단축시키며 혼련시 분말의 외부 비산을 최소화 할 수 있다.

PURPOSE: An automatic sheet forming machine is provided to improve safety and reduce reject rate by automatically controlling the feed of mixed materials. CONSTITUTION: A pair of sheet rollers(21,22) have feed screws for forcibly feeding mixed materials. A stock case(100) is disposed at the top of the feed screws, and has a gap control door(102) for controlling a gap through which the mixed materials are discharged. A hydraulic cylinder(104) is mounted to the stock case, and moves the gap control door up and down. A pressure detecting sensor(106) is installed at the stock case, and detects the pressure of the mixed materials loaded on the stock case. A controller controls a solenoid valve to control the lift of the gap control door.

PURPOSE: A kneader rotor is provided to increase the dispersibility of mixed/kneaded materials, to reduce the crushing work, and to minimize the outer scattering of powder during mixing, by improving the structure of a rotor. CONSTITUTION: The kneader rotor includes; a rotor shaft; a first tooth-type advance blade group(110) and a second tooth-type reverse blade group(120). The two blade groups are arranged in the different phase to each other on the cylindrical surface over the prescribed section of the rotor shaft, have the different spiral direction to each other, and moreover comprise more than at least one tooth-type element(111,112,113,114)(121,122,123,124), whose section width gets narrow gradually in the radius direction of the shaft respectively and which is successively connected in the shaft direction and has the different phase at the regular angle at the same time.

A kneading and extruding molding machine is provided to prevent leakage of gas through a vacuum dust collector upon generation of gas during working. A kneading and extruding molding machine includes a frame(20), a kneading housing(30), a pair of kneading rotors(40), an extrusion barrel(50), an extrusion screw(60), a driving unit, and a press cylinder(80). The kneading housing is arranged on the frame, and includes a kneading chamber communicated to a material inlet port and a kneaded material outlet port and a heater arranged in the kneading chamber. The kneading rotors are arranged in the kneading housing, and equipped with a thermal medium circulation path so as to knead a material. The extrusion barrel is arranged below the kneaded material outlet port, and has a front end with an extrusion die(52). The extrusion screw is arranged in the extrusion barrel, and extrudes the material discharged from the extruded material outlet port toward the extrusion die during discharge of the kneaded material and rotates in a reverse direction during kneading. The driving unit is mounted on the frame so as to rotate the kneading rotors and the extrusion screw. The press cylinder is arranged on the kneading housing, and has a press plate(82) for improving dispersion of the material.

A continuous pulverulent paint roll-mixing melting extrusion apparatus includes an introduction chamber(30), a dispersion wing, a material feeding screw, and a continuous roll-mixing unit. The continuous roll-mixing unit includes a roll-mixing barrel(102), a heater, and a pair of roll-mixing extrusion screws. The continuous roll-mixing unit receives the material discharged by the material feeding screw and feeds the material from one side to the other side to perform melting roll-mixing extrusion.
