    Abstract: 본 발명은 모노머산 및 트리에탄올아민 또는 메틸디에틸아민을 에스테르반응시킨 후 디메틸설페이트 또는 메틸클로라이드로 4급화하여 제조한 화학식 1의 화합물을 포함하는 계면활성제의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 방법에 따라 제조된 양이온성 계면활성제는 반응 부산물을 이용하므로 자원재활용이 가능하여 경제적이며, 저온안정성과 변색안정성이 우수하여 유연제 및 헤어케어 제품 등의 제조에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: An apparatus for reducing friction noise from a railway vehicle entering to a curved rail is provided to minimize noise by cutting off the transfer of shock and vibration generated between the flanges of wheels and a rail. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for reducing friction noise from a railway vehicle entering to a curved rail comprises an outer rail(21), inner rails(22), buffer members, and inner rail fixing units. The outer rail comprises a support unit(21a) and a rail body unit(21b). The support unit is supported to a roadbed and a sleeper. The rail body unit is protruded from the top of the support unit. The inner rails are arranged in the longitudinal direction of the outer rail and have flange contact surfaces. The buffer members are arranged between the outer and inner rails and between the inner rails to cut off friction noise between the flanges of wheels and the flange contact surfaces. The inner rail fixing units fix the inner rails to the outer rail.

    Abstract: A scorched rice making machine is provided to prevent the generation of harmful ingredients and get the rice well-done by forming a lower pressing plate made of plate-shaped basalt which has a good water absorption rate and contains natural mineral ingredients. A scorched rice making machine comprises: an upper pressing plate(10); a lower pressing plate(20) which is under the upper pressing plate and spaced a fixed distance apart from it, and on which the ingredient(2) for scorched rice is laid; and at least one up-and-down moving device(30) which forms the ingredient for scorched rice into a flat shape by moving at least one of the upper and lower pressing plates up and down. The upper pressing plate includes a plate-shaped body with excellent thermal conductivity, a heating element which is installed inside the body and generates heat by the power supply, and a coating part which is formed at the surface of the body. The lower pressing plate is made of basalt in the shape of a plate. The up-and-down moving device uses one or more cylinders with a piston road connected to at least one of the upper and lower pressing plates. In addition, the scorched rice making machine comprises one or more guide members supporting at least one of the upper and lower pressing plates.
